JKPSC Exam Result & cut off marks

Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission will announce all three stages on their official website. The result is likely to be declared within the month of the exam. All the candidates who will appear for the JKPSC exam can download their results through the official website of JKPSC.

The JKPSC Publishes the result in the form of a merit list. This merit list includes the name or rolls numbers of all the qualifying candidates. All these candidates are eligible to appear in the interview round. The interview is the last stage in the selection process. The date for the interview will be announced soon. Selection Process

The JKPSC conducts Combined competitive exams to three different posts, namely:

  • Junior Scale of J&K Administrative Service
  • J&K Police (Gazetted) Service
  • J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service.

The recruitment drive consists of three major stages:

  • Preliminary exam
  • Mains exam
  • Interview round/Personality test

The selection of the candidates is based on their overall performance in written tests – Prelims and Mains, and interview round. The JKPSC will select the final candidate for the different posts only after the interview round. The JKPSC will publish a list of all the qualifying candidates on their official website. The prelim exam is objective-based, but the Mains exam is both objectives as well as descriptive. The preliminary exam is likely to be held on 24 October 2021.

How To Check The JKPSC Result 2021?

The JKPSC will release the official notification after the result declaration. Candidates can follow the steps given to download their results:

  • Go to the website of JKPSC, i.e., https://www.upenergy.in/.
  • Then, go to the notification tab.
  • Now, click on the “JKPSC Result 2021” Link.
  • The candidate’s login page will appear on the screen.
  • Enter your user ID and password and click on the “Login” option.
  • Then, the result page will appear.
  • Check all the details and download the result,
  • Take a printout for future purposes.

 

Cut-off Marks

The Cut-off list is the basis on which JKPSC selects candidates for the next stage. The candidate must score between 250-300 in the prelim exam. Only then will they be able to give the mains exam.

JKPSC declares the result in the form of a cut-off list. A separate cut-off list is published for the Prelims and Mains exam. This list is used to select candidates for the final round of recruitment, i.e., interview/personality test. The candidate scoring more or equal to the cut-off list will be eligible for the interview round. The interview round is crucial. After qualifying the interview round, JKPSC will appoint the candidates at different posts in Jammu and Kashmir.
