HPPSC (Himachal Pradesh PSC) is a primary constitutional organization. It operates under the guidance of UPSC. Furthermore, Himachal Pradesh PSC is the principal establishment of Himachal Pradesh. It was founded on April 8th, 1971, making the capital city Shimla Its headquarter. It is now under the supervision of Sh. Ajay Kumar. In particular, the current chairman of Himachal Pradesh PSC. According to the recent updates, HPPSC declared the list of cities for the examination center, and HPPSC selected ten cities for it.

Recruitment via written examination and viva-voce

Himachal Pradesh PSC has released the notification for HPAS 2021 on 19 May. The last date to apply for the exam is 22 June. However, The temporary date to conduct the preliminary test is set in October. The admit card will be available on the official website of HPPSC as per the guidelines.

The HPPSC distributes the HPAS Prelims answer key (provisional) after the exam. Moreover, Applicants can check their answers and raise doubts about the incorrect questions (if any). The syllabus consists of General studies. To list, History, Polity, The culture of India, Geography, and the economy of India. Moreover, aptitude, reasoning, language proficiency, writing and translation skills, and detailed study of optional subjects.

The exam for HPAS (Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services) comprises three parts. Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination, and the personal interview round.

Recently the organization published an update on Admit card for HPAS 2020. They published it online on the official website of HPPSC. However, To download the admit card, applicants need to visit the official site. After that, they need to click on the “Download Admit Card” tab.
Candidates need to provide a valid user ID and password. Consequently, They can download the admit card. However, HPPSC releases admit cards separately for preliminary and mains examinations.
