South Indian Bank is one of the largest private sector banks that organizes its exams under IBPS. Every year, South Indian Bank announces its entrance exam for Probationary officers, PO online. PO exam is held in 3 phases-

This is prepared by considering collective marks of group discussion and personal interviews. The personal interview may or may not be held on the same day as the group discussion.

Submission of a fee for an application form is an important step. If there is not a successful transaction of fees, the application form for South Indian Bank PO will not be considered complete. All Indian Nationals who have completed their graduation. They must have scored an aggregate of a minimum of 60% from a recognized college. Then only they can apply for the South Indian Bank PO exam.
Along with education and nationality, the age limitation is also a criterion for South Indian Bank PO.
The number of vacancies for South Indian Bank PO 2021 is expected to be around 380. Candidates must confirm this on the exam announcement done on the bank website. For the year 2020, South Indian Bank had 160 vacancies for PO exams. These vacancies are provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the bank.
After selection and completion of the course, candidates would now be eligible to receive a pay scale approved by the Indian Bank Association. That is 23700– 980/7 – 30560- 1145/2 – 32850- 1310/7 – 42020. This does not include DA, HRA, and other allowances. Candidates would also be eligible for incentives based on performance.
Candidates are placed on a probationary period of two years. Confirmation is based on satisfactory performance during probation.
The online exam is divided into 4 parts with equal marks. Each part has its syllabus.

Candidates firstly should clear the first round of online exams. Then they move ahead to the main exam and the personal interviews.
Candidates will receive all the intimations for admit cards on their phones or in their emails for the South Indian Bank PO exam. They can then download their admit cards from the South Indian Bank website. They must use-
Candidates must download the admit card and then paste their passport size photo on it
They would need to carry this card and their valid photo id proof and its photocopy along with the admit card to the exam center.
Admit card is never sent by mail or speed post or courier service. So, candidates must provide their email id and their correct phone number. They will receive an SMS or email to inform them that admit card is available. If candidates will provide any wrong information then the application form will be rejected. Bank will not take any responsibility for it either.
