DMRC Recruitment Exam Eligibility Criteria

DMRC Recruitment requires specific experience and qualifications for every post. Therefore, here is the bifurcated list of required eligibility against the positions.

1. Consultant Doctors –

  •  Qualification: A minimum of 60% in MBBS Degree by a recognized university. Moreover, equal qualification from an institution recognized by the MCI and registered with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
  •  However, the preference will be granted to the candidates who enrolled in other PSU’s for a similar assignment.
  • Experience- At least five years of experience in the field is mandatory.
  • Age as on 23/07/2021: Maximum 60 Yrs.

2. Asst. Manager (Safety)

  • A minimum of 60 % in BE/ B. Tech. (preferably from Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering). Along with this, minimum one-year duration full-time Degree / Diploma in Safety with a minimum of 60%.
  • Or, a minimum of 60% in BE/ B. Tech. in Fire and Safety Engineering.
  • The qualification should be a Full-time regular course from Govt. recognized University / Institution/body.
  • The maximum age limit as on 01/07/2021 is 55 Years.

3. Director Operations

  • Qualification- A minimum of 60% in Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical, or, Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Experience: – Essential: 1. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience is required in the operation of a major rail-based urban Transportation system.
  • Desirable: 1. Experience in operation and development of Modern urban rail-based Transportation systems.
  • Age of superannuation – 62 years

4. General Manager (Rolling Stock)

  • Qualification – A minimum of 60% BE / B.Tech. (Mechanical)/ (Electrical) from Gov’t recognized university.
  • Experience – The candidates must be IRSEE officers. Where he should have 25 years of total experience. Apart from this, he should have 05 years in the field of Rolling Stock manufacturing. Or experience in operations, maintenance as well as training is also equivalent.
  • Age limit is maximum 62 years and minimum 58 years

5. Director (Finance)

  • Qualification- A minimum of 60% in CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent MBA or Equivalent. It must be a full-time 2-year course, from a University / Institute recognized by the UGC / Accreditation body.
  • Or applicants who Graduated with first class in any discipline are also eligible. He should have a proven track record in an organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Service of the Government of India, viz, IA&AS, IRAS, IDAS, etc.
  • Experience: – Essential: – Experience in resource mobilization, project financing, budget and, financial control. In addition to this, cash flow management, dealings with international funding agencies. Also, international contract management and including global tenders. Project evaluation, taxation, and monitoring of receivables in projects of repute as well.
  • Age of superannuation – 62 years

6. Senior Section Engineering – (Rolling Stocks)

  • Experience- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Railway workshops. It should be under the field of Axle grinding and wheel boring. Likewise, on Disking / un-disking of wheelset of Rolling stock. Also, allied activities. The candidate must be an Expert in the handling of CNC machines.
  • Age limit as on 01/04/2021 – for the PRCE basis- Minimum 58 – 61, for Deputation Basis- Maximum 55 years

7. Supervisor Track

  • Experience- The Candidates working or retired from the pre-revised Pay Scale of Rs 9300 –  34800 are applicable for this position
  • In addition to this, he should have work experience in P. Way Cadre as well.
  • Age limit as on 01/03/2021- Minimum 58 years- Maximum 66 years

8. Senior Section Engineer / Electric Loco Shed & Section Engineer / Electric Loco Shed

  • Experience- The Candidates should be working or retired from Railways, in pre-revised Pay Scale 9300-34800.
  • Age as on 01/03/2021- for PRCE basis – Min.58- Max. 61 years for Deputation basis – Max 55 years

9. General Manager (Electrical)

  • Qualification – A minimum of 60% in B.E. or B. Tech. from a recognized university is an essential requirement.
  • Experience – A minimum of 25 years of experience in being an IRSEE officer. Inclusion to this, 10 years of experience in Railway Electrical Traction & RS maintenance and operation.
  • Age as on 01/03/2021 – Age limit of min. 58 years and max. 61 years

DMRC Recruitment Exam Syllabus

DMRC has no particular syllabus. However, the required qualification is mentioned in the eligibility criteria. For this reason, the selection solely depends on your experience. The desired expectations are also proposed by DMRC. However, the interview strictly explores the candidate’s expertise and knowledge on a particular subject. Also, about the position, they are opting for.

The list has animals, abbreviations, discoveries, diseases, and nutrition too. As well as, freedom Movement, layers, culture, music & literature and, Indian culture. Following by scientific observations, economic problems in India, the geography of India and, national and international current affairs.

Aptitude

It includes decimal & fractions, simple & compound interest, ratio, and proportions. Along with, the problems of ages, HCF & LCM, time and distance, and Mixtures & allegations. In addition to this number system, average, simplification, and time & ratio is also important. Also, data interpretation, percentages, time, and distance. Last but not the least, profit and loss.

Reasoning

It includes assertion and reason, syllogism, classifications, and sitting arrangement. Along with, inequalities, numbers, ranking, direction sense test, and situation reaction test. Also, arithmetical operations, data Sufficiency, machine input, and logical sequence test. In addition to these blood relations, eligibility test, logical Venn diagram, and coding-decoding. Last but not the least, puzzle tests, alphabet tests, and decision making.

English

It includes shuffling of sentence parts, conversions, sentence rearrangement, and grammar. In addition to this, shuffling of sentences in a passage, improvement of sentences, synonyms/homonyms, and antonyms. Along with, vocabulary, idioms & phrases, one-word substitution, and spellings/detecting misspelled words. As well as antonyms and their correct usage, common error and active/passive voice of verbs. Following by comprehension passage, spot the error, cloze passage, and fill in the blanks
