IBPS completes the recruitment cycle for bank exams for four unique posts in particular
Specialist Officer for Law, Management, IT, Marketing, HR, and Agricultural Field Officer.
IBPS RRB Scale 3 Officer comprises two phases of selection Online Exam and Interview Round. There is a single Officer application for two both phases.
Candidates need to clear the online exam successfully. Successful candidates will be called for interview rounds. The Nodal Regional Rural Banks will conduct a common recruitment interview with the assistance of NABARD and IBPS in cooperation with the necessary authorities.
Candidates who successfully clear the interview will be recruited as Scale 3 Officer in Regional Rural Banks in participating banks.

How to apply?
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will be opening the online registration window of IBPS RRB Scale 3 in June 2021. Candidates can apply for the exam once the notification is out for hiring in June 2021
The application form will be made available at ibps. in. The steps to fill the application form are explained below. The application can be filled only by online method.
Step 1: IBPS RRB Scale 3 Registration

Enter name, phone number, email id, and security code
Upon successful registration, a provisional registration number and password are generated
The provisional registration number and password are also sent to the registered email ID and password
Step 2: Upload Photo and Signature
Post-registration, candidates need to upload the signature, photograph, handwritten declaration, and left thumb impression.
Signature in bold letters are not acceptable
The impression of the left thumb should be accurately scanned and not smudged.

Step 3: Fill the detailed application form
This page is divided into three parts, basic details, educational qualification & experience, and preferences. Check details below:
Basic details: In this part, candidates need to fill in the category, nationality, personal details, select exam centers, gender, date of birth, mother’s name or father’s name, address, etc.
Work Experience, Educational Qualification & Languages: Here, candidates need to enter details of their graduation such as year of passing, college, percentage of marks, grade (if any). They are also required to enter their work experience. Candidates are also required to enter the languages they can read, write and speak.
Preferences: Candidates need to enter the preferences of banks where they wish to work upon selection. SC/ST/Minority candidates can opt for pre-exam training in this part.
Step 4: Preview of IBPS RRB Scale 3 application form
Candidates must preview the application form before the final submission. They can edit the details entered in the application form while validating the form. Once this is complete, candidates need to agree to the terms and conditions and submit their applications.
Step 5: RRB Scale 3 fee payment
The payment gateway is linked to the application form. Candidates need to follow the steps below for making payment.
Candidates can make the payment by using Credit Cards, IMPS, Debit Cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Wallets/Cash Cards by providing information as asked.
An e-receipt will be generated, after the successful completion of the transaction.
