The Jharkhand staff selection commission is commonly referred to as JSSC. It is a state-level selection commission for the state Jharkhand. The Jharkhand staff selection commission (JSSC) will release the notifications for various posts on their official website. JSSC online application will be released soon. The starting date and the last date to apply for the exam will be posted in the official notification. All the graduates can check their eligibility criteria and apply for the needed posts. There is a registration fee for the application process. After filling the application form, the next step is to pay the registration fee as per the category. If the fee is not paid, then the application is said to be rejected by the exam board.

The number of vacancies for the year 2021 is not announced yet. For the last year’s recruitment, a total of 1260 vacancies in the JSSC CGL, out of which 362 for the assistant bureau officers, 223 for the block supply officers, 139 for the block welfare officers, 170 for the zone inspectors, 5 for the planning assistants, and 120 for the panchayat raj officers. The selection process for the JSSC recruitment process has two steps: A written test and an interview.
Written test: The candidates who have applied for JSSC recruitment must download their respective admit cards before the written test. The date and time of the test will be given on the admit card.
Interview: The candidates will be shortlisted based on the number of marks they obtained in their written examinations. The shortlisted candidates can undergo the interview for their respective roles.
The selection process to get a job under the Jharkhand government as Assistant Bureau officer, Block supply officer, Block welfare officer, Zone inspector, Co-operative extension head, Planning assistant, Block panchayat raj officer, there are two stages.
The preliminary exam is an online exam. The general knowledge and mental ability are tested. The exam question paper is available in English and Hindi languages. Also, basic knowledge about the Jharkhand state is required.
The candidates who clear the preliminary exam are eligible for the mains exam. This exam is based on language skills, regional or tribal languages, a basic understanding of mathematics and science.
