The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially announced the IBPS RRB Clerk 2025 Exam Dates on its website. As per the schedule, the Preliminary Examination will be held on 6th, 7th, 13th, and 14th December 2025, while the Main Examination is set for 1st February 2026. The registration process for IBPS RRB Clerk 2025 will be conducted exclusively online, and candidates will be required to complete a single registration for both Prelims and Mains (if applicable).

To be eligible for the IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose) exam, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent.

Selected candidates for the IBPS RRB Office Assistant role can expect a competitive salary package with opportunities for increment and promotion based on experience and performance. Age Limit

IBPS Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) 2025:

  1. Bachelor’s certification in any discipline from a perceived College or its comparable preference will be given to applicants having degrees in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Science, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Management, Law, Information Technology, Accountancy, or economics.
  2. Knowledge of the local language as recommended by the RRBs
  3. Having computer knowledge

Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)-

  • Degree certification in any discipline from a recognized college or equivalent with at least 50% marks.
  • Inclination will be given to applicants with certificates in Finance, Banking, Marketing, Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Pisciculture, Law, Information Technology, Economics, Accountancy, or Management.

Information Technology Officer

  • Bachelor’s certification from a perceived college in communication,  electronics, computer science, information technology, or related to its field with at least overall 50% marks.
  • Certification in PHP, ASP, C++, VB, VC, OCP, Java, etc.

CA

  • A certified associate from ICAI.

Law Officer

  • Degree from a recognized college in law or related to its field with 50% marks overall.

Treasury Manager

  • MBA specialized in finance or CA from a recognized college or institution.

Marketing Officer

  • MBA specializing in marketing from a recognized institution.

Agricultural Officer

  • Degree certification in Horticulture, Agriculture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Pisciculture, or related to its field with  50% marks overall.

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

  • Degree certification in any discipline from a recognized institution with 50% marks.

Nationality / Citizenship

  • An Indian citizen or a subject of Nepal
  • A subject of Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before 1st January 1962 to permanently settle in India.
  • A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Burma, East African countries of Kenya, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania,  Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zaire, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India.

Language Proficiency

Candidates applying for the posts of Office Assistant in any particular RRB are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State/ UT in which the RRB is situated to be eligible for an interview.

IBPS RRB Clerk – Age Relaxation

The age relaxation for the IBPS RRB (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Regional Rural Banks) exam varies by category. Here’s a general overview of the IBPS RRB Clerk age limit and relaxations:

IBPS RRB Clerk – Results
