SBI PO Admit Card 2022: Exam Centers, Prelims Call Letter Download Link

The State Bank of India will issue the SBI PO Admit Card for the Preliminary Exam by the First week of December. The bank will release the SBI PO Admit Card to all candidates who have applied for the SBI PO 2022 for the 1673 Probationary Officer posts. The SBI PO Admit Card download link will also be updated in this article for the convenience of candidates so that they can directly download their hall ticket as soon as it is uploaded by officials on their official website.

Hall Ticket is a mandatory document and every candidate appearing for the exam must carry it along with them at the exam centre to be produced whenever asked for in order to allow them to appear for the exam. Candidates who have applied for the SBI PO 2022 should visit the official website, enter their roll number/application number and date of birth to view and download the admit card and take a print of admit card to carry along at the exam centre on the day of the exam. 

Candidates who successfully qualify SBI PO Prelims exam will become eligible to appear for the next phase – the SBI PO Mains exam. There will be a separate link to download the SBI PO Mains admit card. Qualified candidates for the mains exam will receive a call letter for the personal interview. Candidates should carry photo identification documents like Aadhar card, PAN card, voter’s id, passport or bank passbook with their photo along with Admit card at the exam centre. 

SBI PO Admit Card Details 

The SBI PO exam for the post of Probationary Officer is divided into three phases of recruitment – prelims, mains and personal interviews. Candidates who qualify in the prelims exam become eligible to appear for the mains exam and those who qualify for the mains exam can appear in interviews. There is a call letter or admit card for each of these recruitment phases. 

SBI PO Prelims Admit Card 

All the candidates who have applied for the SBI PO exam online for the examination year will need to visit the official website of SBI and download the admit card for the prelim exam by entering their roll number and date of birth. 

SBI PO Mains Admit Card 

Candidate who qualify in SBI PO prelims exam will only be able to view and receive call letter /admit card to appear for SBI PO mains exam. Candidates can download their admit card by log in with their roll number and date of birth on the official web site of SBI PO exam 

Admit Card for personal interview 

Candidates who qualify in SBI PO mains exam will receive admit card download link by log in to SBI PO exam official website by entering their roll number and date of birth. 

Candidates should carry admit cards at every phase (prelim, mains, personal interview) along with photo identity documents such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, Voters ID or Passport. 

How to upload documents? 

Candidates applying for SBI PO exam online over their official website should keep following documents ready for upload. 

Documents listed below should be in PDF format 

  • Candidate’s resume
  • Photo id documents like PAN, Aadhar, passport
  • Candidate’s date of birth proof document 
  • Educational certificates like certificates of passing, and mark sheet
  • Work experience certificate
  • Caste certificate for OBC/EWS candidates
  •  Disability certificate for PwD candidates 

All the certificates should be clear and in a valid pdf format. All the documents should be of A4 size. 

Photograph 

Candidate picture/photo should be in acceptable image format 

  • The photograph should be recent, passport size and in colour
  • The file size should be between 20kb and 50 kb
  • The dimension of file should be 200 x 230 pixels 

The photograph should be taken in a sunny day with no harsh shadow, no red eye is accepted, No caps or dark glasses are allowed while taking pictures. In the case of glasses, the candidate’s eyes should be clearly seen. 

Signature  

Candidate should sign on white paper in Black coloured ink pen.  

  • Candidate should himself sign his signature, as it is needed to sign on the admit card and compare the sign with one sent online.
  • File size should be between 10 kb and 20 kb
  • The dimension of file should be 140 x 60 pixel 
  •  A signature in Capital letters is not accepted.

The candidate who has applied for the SBI PO exam can download the call letter/admit card as per steps explained below 

  • Open a browser and enter SBI PO’s official website address in the address bar  
  • Candidates can find the Latest Announcements section in the top right corner 
  • Find a link for the download link of the SBI PO prelim admit card 
  • Candidate should enter their roll number and date of birth to view and download admit card 
  • After proper verification for incorrect or missing information, the candidate can download admit card 
  • It is mandatory to take a print of admit card and carry it along with on the date of the exam to produce at the exam centre.

Examination Hall Guidelines 

The candidate’s admit card should contain a passport or visa-size photograph taken recently. One should carry photo identification documents like an Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license or passport along with them on the day of the exam for assessment. Candidates should also carry a caste certificate to validate their category if they belong to a reserved category.  

Candidates are not allowed to carry food items, journals, gadgets like mobile phones, calculators or any written text except admit card and photo identity card.
