SBI Clerk Exam Admit Card

State Bank of India issues SBI Clerk Admit Card every year. Thus, there are two stages in the recruitment process. And, SBI issues admit cards for each phase.

First, let’s discuss a bit about the recruitment process. SBI Clerk examination has three stages of recruitment.

  • Prelims Exam
  • Mains Exam
  • Local Language Exam

The Admit Card works like an identifying document for the applicants in the exam hall. Without this document, the applicants will not get allowed to sit inside the examination hall. The Admit Card is available on the official site in PDF format. Along with the Admit Card, it is necessary to bring a valid Photo ID proof to get inside the exam hall. Before entering the exam venue, the invigilators would want to check both of these necessary documents.

SBI Clerk Prelims Admit Card

The SBI Clerk Prelims Exam is the first step in the recruiting process of the SBI Clerk. Following the successful completion of the application process, candidates will have Prelims Admission Cards.

 

SBI Clerk Mains Admit Card

Candidates who successfully clear the Prelims Exam will qualify for the Mains Exam. The Admit Card for the Mains Exam will get provided to the candidates. The applicants need to log in to the website using their Registration Number/Roll Number and Date of Birth/Password.

SBI Clerk Mains Exam 2021 Admit Card got out on 21st September 2021 by the SBI this year. The last date to download this Admit Card was 17th October 2021. The Mains Exam got conducted on 1st October 2021 and 17th October 2021 in online mode in two shifts.

Candidates who pass the SBI Clerk Mains exam will go through a language proficiency exam. Post that, provisional allotment of banks will get made.

 

How to download Admit Card?

Steps to download the SBI Clerk Exam Admit Card are:

  1. Firstly, the candidates need to visit the official website of the SBI Career page.
  2. Then, the applicants must go to the current opening section from the ‘Join SBI’ tab.
  3. After that, the applicants must click on the ‘Recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Sales and Support)’ section.
  4. From the drop-down menu, the applicants must click on the link ‘SBI Clerk Admit Card.’
  5. Then, the applicants must enter the login credentials – Registration Number or Roll Number and Date of Birth or Password.
  6. The SBI Clerk Exam Admit Card appears on the screen.
  7. Finally, the applicants must save and download the Admit Card and take its printout for future references.

 

Documents to carry along with Admit Card

The necessary documents that the applicants should carry with the SBI Clerk Exams Admit Card are :

  1. Driving License.
  2. Aadhar Card.
  3. PAN Card.
  4. Bank Passbook.
  5. Voter ID Card.
  6. Identity Card issued by the School/College/Gazetted Officer.
  7. Passport.

The applicants can carry any one of the above Photo-ID Proof with the Admit Card in the exam hall.

Both the original and the self-attested photocopies of the document are needed. The invigilators would want to check for it in the exam hall. They are necessary. Without the Admit Card, invigilators would not allow the applicants and, it will lead to disqualification.

 

Important things to remember for Admit Card

  1. The Exam venue, Exam reporting time, Exam date, and the roll number of the applicants are present on the SBI Clerk Exam Call Letter.
  2. The applicants need to attach a copy of a recent passport-sized photograph in the space provided on the Admit Card.
  3. The applicants will not get any traveling allowances or other expenses. That is entirely their responsibility.
  4. Applicants need to keep the Admit Card to themselves until the entire recruitment process of the SBI Clerk gets completed.
  5. Damaged or torn Admit Cards will not get allowed inside the exam hall. So, the applicants should keep the Admit Card safe until the entire recruitment process gets done.
  6. The applicants must download the Admit Card PDF in online mode only.
  7. The login credentials – Registration Number/Roll Number and the Date of Birth/Password are all required to download the Admit Card online from the official site.
  8. The SBI publishes two Admit Cards before two phases – one for the Prelims and the other one is for Mains. Hence, the applicants must stay updated with the official website to get the latest news and notification.
  9. The Admit Cards gets available on the official site online 10-15 days before the examination date. So, the applicants must stay updated with the official site for any alterations later on.
  10. The applicants should download the Admit Card as early as possible to avoid the last-minute server rush. It is for their benefit. There are some exam guidelines on the back of the Admit Card. The applicants must thoroughly follow them. Biometric verification gets done at each phase of the exam, so any mismatch with the photo on the Admit Card will lead to disqualification.
