MPTET 2023 Eligibility

The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board determines the upper age limit for eligibility. While taking the MPTET 2023 test, a candidate must meet these qualifying requirements. The age restriction and level of education are key qualifying factors. An applicant must always meet the eligibility requirements for the test to be valid. The qualifying requirements that an applicant must satisfy before submitting their application are listed below.

Educational Qualification For Primary Teacher

  • According to the National Council of Teacher Education (Recognition, Standards, and P) Higher Secondary or its equivalent with not less than 50% of marks and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education or its equivalent, or
  • A graduate with 50% of marks and a Bachelors of Education (B.Ed. ), is considered for the arrangement as an instructor to teach classes 1 to 5, or
  • Higher Secondary or it’s equivalent with not less than 45% of marks and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Pedagogy.           
  • Applicants must have a certificate in special education and a Higher Secondary degree with at least a 50% cumulative average, or
  • a bachelor’s degree and a two-year elementary education diploma, or its equivalent.

Educational Qualification For Upper Primary Teacher

  • The applicant must have earned a minimum of 50% on their intermediate degree or have finished intermediate.
  • The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited university and hold a B.Ed. degree with a minimum of 50%.

Important point

Candidates enrolled in their final year of a B.Ed. program at a reputable institution connected to NCTE is also eligible to apply. Candidates from accredited institutions connected with NCTE who are in their last year of L.T. may also apply.

Age

The MPTET 2023 has an age restriction of 21 years for the minimum and 40 years for the maximum. Candidates from the protected groups of SC, ST, and OBC shall have their age restrictions followed by the government.

Application Fees for MPTET 2023

After submitting the application form, candidates must finish the application fee procedure to properly complete the online application form. There are several ways to pay the online application cost, including credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI. MPTET Admit Card

The MPTET 2023 admit card for the Upper Primary (MP HSTET) test has been made available on the official website. To download it, a candidate must first connect to the site using the login information supplied to them while filling out all the application form or registering.

The MPTET 2023 admit card is required to receive an allowance for taking the exam. The candidate will receive an admission card two weeks before the exam after completing the MPTET 2023 application form. The MPTET 2023 admit card is only available via the organization’s official website, and no applicant will be handed the admit card in person.

MPTET Exam Pattern

The Professional Examination Board of Madhya Pradesh determines and establishes the MPTET 2023 test format.
