LIC is one of the leading investment and insurance corporations owned by the government of India. It was established in the year 1956 & the headquarters was located in Mumbai. The LIC offices are also in various zones of India. The LIC conducts different exams to select candidates who are required for the company. They are recruiting for the post of Apprentice Development Officer (ADO) is done through the LIC ADO online exam.
The LIC ADO exam is used to recruit sales administrates. It is a central government job. The candidates who got selected for the post ADO are responsible for inspecting existing policies and recruiting people as LIC Insurance agents.
The LIC ADO online exam is conducted at the national level every year, the number of vacancies depends on the number of people required by the company. The recruitment process consists of 4 stages, they are:

In the beginning, the exam date for the LIC ADO Mains exam was 11th August 2019, but LIC in the official notification had released the revised date of the exam, i.e. 22nd September 2019.

The application process for LIC ADO started on 20th May 2019. The results of the Prelims Examination conducted on 6th July 2019, and 13th July 2019, was released on the LIC official website.
As per 2019 LIC notifications, the LIC ADO Mains Examination was scheduled on 11th August 2019 in all the centers, which is now postponed to be held on 22nd September 2019.

The exam notification for LIC ADO 2021 will be released soon by the LIC on their official website. There are about 8581 vacancies last year. This year also the number of vacancies are around 8500. These vacancies are used to select ADO’s (Apprentice Development Officers).
The candidates who are willing to participate in the exam have to submit their application forms online to get registered for the LIC ADO exam.

To participate in the exam, candidates have to fill the application form and have to make a payment of Rs.600 for successful registration. The application fees vary based on the categories.

After the payment is completed successfully, the system will generate an E-receipt which can be downloaded by the candidate. E-receipt will not be generated for “payment failure” candidates. The candidates must log in again & should complete the transaction process. The failure payment money debited will be reverted to the bank account in 2-3 working days. The payment is to be made using Debit cards, Internet banking, credit cards, IMPS, mobile wallets, or cash cards.
To participate in the LIC ADO exam, the candidates have to pass some limitations kept by the LIC ADO exam body. The rules and regulations for the eligibility criteria are given below:
Age Limit: The minimum age limit to apply for the post of LIC ADO is 21 and the maximum age should be 30 years specified by the LIC. But there is age relaxation for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category. The candidates below 21 and above 30 years of age are not allowed.

The LIC ADO exam pattern is an important thing to all the candidates who are willing to appear for the LIC ADO exam 2021. The exam is going to be conducted soon. The LIC is yet to release the official notification of LIC ADO 2021 exam on its official website webpage. Selection will be made on the basis of the online test followed by an Interview of candidates who qualify in the online test and subsequent pre-recruitment Medical examination.

The candidates who are qualified in the written exam will be advanced to the interview round. The interview is for 37 marks. It includes reasoning questions to check the thinking capabilities of the candidates.
The candidates who are qualified in the personal interview will be advanced to the medical test procedures. The final list of candidates who got selected for the job will be announced only after the medical test.
The candidates can download the LIC ADO admit card 2021 on its official website. The step-by-step process to download the admit card of both the Preliminary and Mains exam is given below.
The LIC ADO admits card is mandatory for each candidate. It acts as a hall ticket to enter the examination hall. Without the admit card, candidates are not allowed into the exam hall. Each candidate should carry a valid government id card for identification.
