The NTA releases the JIPMER 2021: Exam Date, Notification, Vacancies, and Eligibility on its official website https://www.jipmer.edu.in/. In the JIPMER notification candidate can check the latest update JIPMER exam dates, notifications, vacancies, and eligibility criteria. Every year the JIPMER exam takes place during the months of April-May. Yet this year JIPMER 2021 has been conducted in July based on the NEET-UG. And thereafter the JIPMER admission depends upon the NEET-UG marks instead of the JIPMER Entrance exam.

JIPMER 2021 Application forms have been cumulated based on the candidates who will meet the standard eligibility criteria for JIPMER 2021 Exam. All the information regarding JIPMER 2021 Eligibility Criteria is given below. However, candidates should check the NEET eligibility criteria as JIPMER has been merged with the NEET.
However, the candidate who is going to appear for the final year exam in 10+2 or already appear for the exam but awaiting their final result can apply for the course.

For JIPMER Exam, candidates must study from recommended syllabus of class 11th & 12th by CBSE & other recognized state. Topics will cover 5 subjects like Physics, Biology, English Comprehension, Chemistry, and Logical & Quantitative Reasoning.

The Exam Mode is via online (computer-based) mode. And the number of Questions is 200 in the question paper. The Question paper consists of Multiple Choice Questions. The language medium is English and there will be total of 5 sections in the question paper. Each correct answer will consist of 4 marks.
The Candidates who will fill the application form will have to download hall ticket before the examination. JIPMER Admit Card will be made available via online mode. It has been released in the last week of June 2021.
To download admit card, candidates will have to enter their login credentials such as application number & date of birth. It will be mandatory for all applied candidates to carry admit card along with one valid Id proof at the examination center.

A. The JIPMER was earlier a separate entrance examination conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical Education and Research, which is situated in the Union Territory of Puducherry. However on April 2021 in a press meet the JIPMER said that there will be no separate entrance exam and the admission for the medical courses will be based on the NEET scores of the candidate.

A. Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) will not conduct a separate entrance test for admission to undergraduate Nursing and Allied Health Science courses this year. The selection of the students are on the basis of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET) score. However, the institute in a statement said, the counseling and admission processes for Bsc Nursing and allied Health Science courses will be conducted by JIPMER.
JIPMER applications have been made available in the June 2021. And the last date to submit the application form has been last week of June 2021.

The application fee for the exam will be based on the category the candidate belongs to. The frequency of the examination is once a year for graduate courses and twice a year for post-graduate courses.

But with NEET replacing the JIPMER, the admission to JPIMER depends on the NEET UG exam.
A. The candidate should be a citizen of India. NRI or Non-Resident Indian Candidates are required to be registered under Section 7A of Citizenship Act 1955. And present the proof of registration as OCI or Overseas Citizen of India at the moment of the submission of the JIPMER 2021 Application form. For the candidates of Foreign Nationals, it is a must to take permission from the Medical Council of India.
