Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality

Applicants of Indian origin and foreign nationals are both eligible to take the IEMJEE.

2. Qualification for Undergraduate Programs:

Students must have passed their class 10 and 12 exams with at least a 50 percent average (60 percent for engineering courses and B Stat). Students who are waiting for their results or who have taken the qualifying exam’s final test are also eligible for IEMJEE 2022 (If they can show the necessary documents)

3. Educational Criteria for Postgraduate Programs:

Students must have at least a 60% average in all semesters of their graduation degree (50 percent for MBA courses). Individuals who are expecting their results or who have taken the final semester of the qualifying exam in the previous year are also eligible for IEMJEE 2022 if they can submit the proper documents at the time of admission.

4. Selection mode

The process of selection for UG and PG courses would be different. It will be as defined by the university, which is shown below-

• Qualifying for IEMJEE 2022 is important to get chosen college and course.
• PG Course: Students must pass the IEMJEE 2022 exam. The GD and PI conducted for those who have passed any state or national level test, such as GATE, CAT, etc
• In June 2022, university campuses will hold an admission test for PhD courses.

IEMJEE 2022 Application Process

The IEMJEE 2022 application form was available online starting the first week of January 2022. Students can only apply for the exam online. Online forms was available on the University of Engineering and Management’s official website (UEM). Students could select the date window for them and apply accordingly. They will not be required to upload any documents or print them. Students can apply online by following the easy steps given below:

Step 1: Select a Course

• Go to the official website and select ‘Admissions.’
• A list of available courses will be shown. Students must select the degree of study they wish to pursue and then click on the link provided to complete the IEMJEE 2022 Application Form.

Step 2: Application Form Completion

• After selecting a course, an application form will appear on the screen
• Enter personal information such as nationality, name, date of birth, gender, information about parents, communication details, desired campus, and so on.
• Submit a valid email address and cell phone number. Then Planning Department can send them exam-related information.

Things To Remember

1. The IEMJEE 2022 Application Form should not be filled out offline, students will not get any test updates through post or courier.
2. When applying, make sure to fill out the entire and valid application form.
3. The authority will reject the application form with incorrect details.
4. Students should upload all important data, such as scanned photos (passport size), scanned signs, and other required papers, in the IEMJEE 2022 Application Form.
5. There is no need to send a paper copy of the Application Form to the body in charge of the Application Form.
6.  Take the printout of the Application form for future reference.

IEMJEE Syllabus

For UG and PG courses, the IEMJEE 2022 Syllabus is based on the Higher Secondary or Graduation level. The following is a summary of the syllabus for various courses:

1. B.Tech – The syllabus and test format will be similar to JEE Main, with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths separated into three parts.
2. B.Tech Lateral Entry: The syllabus and manner of exam will be the same as for WB JELET 2022. BCA/ BBA/B.Sc/ B.Com: The test for these courses will include questions on English, General Knowledge, and Preliminary Maths.
3. M.Tech – Syllabus will contain all GATE subjects.
4. MCA/M.Sc – The syllabus will be identical to that of the West Bengal JECA test.
5. MBA – Read the CAT syllabus to learn more about the different subjects.

Exam Pattern

IEMJEE Admit Card

Students who have officially applied for the test are an IEMJEE 2022 Admit Card. The planning department did send a copy of the admit cards to the applicants’ listed email addresses. The admit card will be given after the application forms are received. Candidates will not receive their admit cards in the mail.

Examiners sign the examination hall ticket at admission and counseling, so it should be kept in a safe place. It will include information about the individual, such as their name and roll number, the date of the IEMJEE 2022, and the test center given to them, as well as their address.

To get your IEMJEE 2022 Admit Card, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the email account you used to register from.
2. Click on the IEMJEE 2022 email. Candidates must also check their spam folders if the email does not show in their inbox.
3. Download the admit card and print two copies.
4. Candidates must bring a government-issued picture ID and a current passport-size photo to the test center for verification.

IEMJEE Result 2022

Phases 1–6 are released. The results are available on the IEM’s site. Individuals must log in to their given accounts to get their results. follow a few simple steps:

3. Candidates must enter their hall ticket number and complete name, as they did during registration. Click the ‘Submit button.
4. Rank card results will pop up. Download it and print it for use in the following steps. Following the announcement of results, the University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata will post a merit list of candidates who qualified for the test on its website.IEMJEE 2022 Ranks will be given based on performance in the entrance exam. Students who have been shortlisted will be put in the merit list in the order in which they received their IEMJEE 2022 Ranks.

Exam center

The examination will be conducted in Kolkata and Jaipur, where the campuses are located. Applicants must select the campus of their choice. The organizing body will assign the final center and the venue will be mentioned in the admit card. Once an exam center is assigned, it cannot be changed. Counseling Process

The IEMJEE 2022 Counseling Process will begin in June 2022. In order to get admission to the different courses that UEM provides, students selected through the merit list will need to attend a counseling session. The timetable for the same will likely be announced soon after the results are announced.

Individuals must attend the counseling session on the given date and time. Individuals will be given seats based on merit and choices, as decided by them. The counseling will take done in the following manner:

• The counseling session will take place at the stated time and day at UEM’s two campuses in Kolkata and Jaipur.
• Documents and certificates must be submitted to the counseling facilities, where they will be checked by the Planning organization.
• Following the review of these papers, candidates must complete an offline choice filling form.
• According to their IEMJEE 2022 rankings and the availability of seats in the courses they have indicated a preference for, participants will be offered places.
• If the student accepts the given seat, he must pay INR 7000 to confirm it. College tuition fees will be adjusted to reflect these costs.

Preparation Tips

Regardless of the fact that it is a university test, candidates should educate make a routine. The syllabus is broad and will take a long time to finish. Candidates may not be strong in all topics, therefore they should begin with the subjects in which they excel before moving on to the others. Here are a few study tips for students:

• For math, students must remember all of the formulae.  The students should read the NCERT, and the 12th maths syllabus can also be helpful.  Students can refer to sample papers from major university-level exams such as JEE MAINS and so on. Candidates should continue to revise and refer to the previous year’s question papers.
• Students should be able to read and memorize chemical formulae and equations. Candidates should also be aware of the JEE Syllabus, which is quite similar to the IEMJEE.
• The physics portion is also difficult, therefore students should educate themselves with the physics theories. They should read the NCERTs and answer as many questions as possible. Students can refer to the book “the concepts of physics.”
• Candidates should have a good night’s sleep the night before the test and carefully read the pointers.
• Students should go through the topics in the correct order.
