DU JAT is also known as the Delhi university joint admission test is a national level entrance exam conducted by NTA (National testing agency) every year. This exam provides admission into DU’s three courses that are BMS, BBA, and BA Honours in Business economic.
DU JAT is a part of the Delhi university entrance test. The exam aids admission into many top colleges of Delhi universities. This year the exam will take place on the 27th of September 2021 as per the recent update.
DU JAT 2021 exam is conducted every year by NTA. It helps to get admission into BMS, BBA (Financial Investment Analysis), and BA (Hons) in Business Economics courses. Students get admission into many top colleges of DU. This exam opens doors to many career opportunities. Every year thousands of candidates apply for DU JAT for their bright future.
NTA is an independent, autonomous, self-sustained organization. It is conducting DU JAT on behalf of DU from 2019 onwards.NTA conducts the exam fairly and transparently. This year, NTA will conduct the exam in 27 cities.

The exam will take place online mode. There will be negative marking (one mark will be a minus for each incorrect response). The candidates should follow the guidelines given by NTA for DU JAT on their official website.

DU JAT2021 exam admission forms were available on the official site of DU from the 2nd of August 2021. The last date to submit the same was 31st August 2021. On August 29th NTA released the official exam date of DUJAT2021. The exam is scheduled to be held on 27th September 2021 in two shifts.
As per the notification,3 new exam cities have been added to the existing list of 24. The three newly added cities are Shillong, Cuttack, and Lucknow.
The candidates can follow up with updates available on the bulletin page of DU. The dates for admit card, answer key and result date also be available to the candidates soon. Applicants can also avail the opportunity to avail the answer key.
Candidates should be very well aware of the eligibility criteria of DU JAT 2021 before applying for the same.
There is no age limit to apply for DUJAT2021 as notified by NTA.

Apart from DU JAT eligibility criteria, all aspirants must consider the following guidelines:

Note-The merit list for the UR category will also include SC/ST/OBC/EWC candidates if they can meet the criterion for the UR category.
Note – The registration process for DU JAT 2021 has been closed now. The last date for registration was 31st August 2021. The registration fee is non-refundable.

While uploading the documents, applicants must use authentic and valid data. They must be able to show the same at the time of verification. The application process will not be successful if the applicant fails to produce so.
Students must have a stable internet connection during the registration process. After completing the registration process, candidates must keep in mind all the guidelines.
DU JAT 2021 syllabus comprises the following 4 sections and each section will carry 25 questions of 4 marks each. The candidates should prepare accordingly as per the syllabus updated by NTA.
The students are suggested to follow the syllabus and prepare accordingly. The syllabus for each section is as follows-

The DU JAT will be conducted in online mode. It will comprise 4 sections, each section consisting of 25 questions of 4 marks each. The medium will be English. Each section will be comprised of objective-type MCQ questions. For every correct answer, 4 marks will be allotted and for each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.

NTA will display the date of releasing the admit cards soon on their official website. Keeping in mind the date of the exam, it will accessible by the mid of September. The admit card will include details like shift timings, date of exam, exam venue, and other guidelines issued by the exam authority. All the applicants must follow up with the bulletin information page.

The applicants can check their results on the official website of NTA on the released date for the same. The date for declaration of result is not available now. Meanwhile, students should keep up with the updates.
The result date may come by the 2nd or 3rd week of October 2021.

NTA will prepare the ranks of the applicants based on their performances. The entrance test and class 12th result will help NTA in processing DU JAT Ranking. Yet, there will be a certain weightage given to both.
The weightage scheme is as follows-

The candidates will have ranks after normalization by NTA. Various factors will determine the ranks of the applicants. After the rank candidates must get their admission at the colleges within the time frame.
The seats are fewer, thus, all students should take admission without any delay in the process. Students should carry all the vital for the admission process. No candidate will get admission if he/she doesn’t have documents. The candidates should pay the admission fee after the college approves their admission.
Note- The result and answer key date are not available now by NTA on their official website. After the release of the answer key, the applicants will also have a chance to challenge it.
After the declaration of the result, the applicants should take admission to the colleges. The candidates must take admission on time to secure a seat at the specified time. To avoid any kind of hassle during the admission process, the applicants must be ready with all the documents. The college will do all the verification to complete the admission process. The authority will cancel the entire admission process if the applicant is at fault.

A. The exam will take place in two shifts. The first shift time starts from 12:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. The second shift time will start from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
