- The registration forms for DU JAT are no longer available on the admission portal of DU.
- The last date of registration is over now. The deadline was on 31st August 2021.
- As per the notification, there is no offline admission process for any candidate.
- On August 29th NTA released the exam date of DUJAT2021.

ABOUT EXAM AND EXAM CONDUCTING BODY
DU JAT 2021 exam is conducted every year by NTA. It helps to get admission into BMS, BBA (Financial Investment Analysis), and BA (Hons) in Business Economics courses. Students get admission into many top colleges of DU. This exam opens doors to many career opportunities. Every year thousands of candidates apply for DU JAT for their bright future.
NTA is an independent, autonomous, self-sustained organization. It is conducting DU JAT on behalf of DU from 2019 onwards.NTA conducts the exam fairly and transparently. This year, NTA will conduct the exam in 27 cities.

The exam will take place online mode. There will be negative marking (one mark will be a minus for each incorrect response). The candidates should follow the guidelines given by NTA for DU JAT on their official website.
DU JAT 2021 EXAM DATE
The date for the exam is out now.NTA will conduct the exam on 27th September 2021. It will be a computer-based test. The candidates should follow the proper code of conduct at the exam hall. The admit card details are not yet out as of now.
The candidates must keep checking the official website of NTA and DU for any latest updates. The exam will take place on the prescribed date. Each candidate must follow the norms issued by the exam conducting authority.

DU JAT 2021 EXAM NOTIFICATIONS
DU JAT2021 exam admission forms were available on the official site of DU from the 2nd of August 2021. The last date to submit the same was 31st August 2021. On August 29th NTA released the official exam date of DUJAT2021. The exam is scheduled to be held on 27th September 2021 in two shifts.
As per the notification,3 new exam cities have been added to the existing list of 24. The three newly added cities are Shillong, Cuttack, and Lucknow.
The candidates can follow up with updates available on the bulletin page of DU. The dates for admit card, answer key and result date also be available to the candidates soon. Applicants can also avail the opportunity to avail the answer key.
DU JAT 2021 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates should be very well aware of the eligibility criteria of DU JAT 2021 before applying for the same.
Age criteria
There is no age limit to apply for DUJAT2021 as notified by NTA.
Education criteria

Total of 60% or more marks in qualifying exams.

English and Maths are compulsory for calculating aggregates.

Candidates must be able to produce their mark sheets for the qualifying examination.
Qualifying criteria
Admission is possible if the applicant qualifies for the entrance exam. Hence, the Selection will be upon the rank secured by the candidate.
The rank calculation will depend on the weightage of the entrance exam and the weightage of class 12th results.

Apart from DU JAT eligibility criteria, all aspirants must consider the following guidelines:
- All applicants must pass in all 4 subjects individually. Failing in and can cause a problem.
- The applicants can apply for the DU JAT exam even if their result in the qualifying exam is awaited.
- They must show their mark sheet at the verification round.
- OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD categories must show a category certificate at the time of verification.
- All the applicants must fulfil the least eligibility criteria. NTA will take strict action against the defaulters.
Any candidate failing to meet the conditions will lose their candidature.
DU JAT RESERVATION
NTA holds certain reservation seats for the reserved categories for every government exam. For DU JAT 2021, NTA has a reservation and relaxation policy.
The following list highlights the categories along with the percentage of reservation and relaxation allotted to them.

DU JAT REGISTRATION PROCESS
To apply for DU JAT 2021 the applicants should register themselves in the admission registration portal.
Following steps must be followed to get registered for the exam.
- All applicants should visit the official website of DU. The registration process starts here.
- The candidates are required to provide their personal, academic, and other details.
- The next step is filling up the application form.
- The next step is followed up with uploading images and documents as asked.
- The final step is making payment. Candidates can make payments via credit card, debit card, or net banking.
Note – The registration process for DU JAT 2021 has been closed now. The last date for registration was 31st August 2021. The registration fee is non-refundable.

While uploading the documents, applicants must use authentic and valid data. They must be able to show the same at the time of verification. The application process will not be successful if the applicant fails to produce so.
Students must have a stable internet connection during the registration process. After completing the registration process, candidates must keep in mind all the guidelines.
EXAM SYLLABUS
DU JAT 2021 syllabus comprises the following 4 sections and each section will carry 25 questions of 4 marks each. The candidates should prepare accordingly as per the syllabus updated by NTA.
Quantitative Ability
This section will have 25 questions. It will test the ability of an aspirant to handle and solve numerical data. The level of difficulty would be moderate.
The syllabus for quants is usually vast and difficult. Thus the aspirants should prepare this section with proper preparation.
Reasoning And Analytical Ability
This section will have 25 questions. It will test the reasoning and analytical ability of an aspirant. It will check the aspirant’s ability to read and understand information. The knowledge of applying logic to conclude is also tested here.
The level of difficulty will be moderate. Each topic under this section is very important. Aspirants should cover all the topics of this section.
Business And General Awareness
This section will have 25 questions. It will test the business and general knowledge of the aspirants
The level of difficulty would be easy.
General English
This section shall have 25 questions that will test the general English skills of an aspirant. This section would consist of easy questions.
The applicants can prepare this section by regularly practising. The topics are divided into two categories: static and General knowledge.
Note – Each section will consist of 25 questions and each question will be of 4 marks each.

DU JAT EXAM PATTERN
The DU JAT will be conducted in online mode. It will comprise 4 sections, each section consisting of 25 questions of 4 marks each. The medium will be English. Each section will be comprised of objective-type MCQ questions. For every correct answer, 4 marks will be allotted and for each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.

DU JAT ADMIT CARD
NTA will display the date of releasing the admit cards soon on their official website. Keeping in mind the date of the exam, it will accessible by the mid of September. The admit card will include details like shift timings, date of exam, exam venue, and other guidelines issued by the exam authority. All the applicants must follow up with the bulletin information page.
DU JAT Admit card guidelines
Students must follow all the guidelines available in their admit cards.
- The admit card will not be available by post to any of the applicants.
- The students must keep their DU JAT admit cards in good condition for future references.
- Only those candidates will be able to download the admit card who have successfully registered for the exam.
- No entry to any of the applicants without an admit card.
- The name on the Id proof must match the admit card name.
In case of any discrepancy-
- If any candidate finds a discrepancy in their admit card, they can contact the NTA helpline no. 011-40759000 in the working hours (10 A.M -5 P.M).
- The authority will look into this matter and will try to issue a fresh admit card to the applicant.
- No entry to any of the applicants without one valid ID proof.

DU JAT RESULT
The applicants can check their results on the official website of NTA on the released date for the same. The date for declaration of result is not available now. Meanwhile, students should keep up with the updates.
Expected result date-
The result date may come by the 2nd or 3rd week of October 2021.
How to check results-
- The applicants need to visit the official site of NTA.
- Then the students need to click on the official notification regarding the DU JAT result.
- After this, they have to tap on the scoreboard link.
- Applicants should fill in the necessary details in this step. After that, click on the login tap.
- The scoreboard will display details like name, roll no. , percentile score scored by the applicant.

DU JAT Ranking
NTA will prepare the ranks of the applicants based on their performances. The entrance test and class 12th result will help NTA in processing DU JAT Ranking. Yet, there will be a certain weightage given to both.

The candidates will have ranks after normalization by NTA. Various factors will determine the ranks of the applicants. After the rank candidates must get their admission at the colleges within the time frame.
The seats are fewer, thus, all students should take admission without any delay in the process. Students should carry all the vital for the admission process. No candidate will get admission if he/she doesn’t have documents. The candidates should pay the admission fee after the college approves their admission.
Note- The result and answer key date are not available now by NTA on their official website. After the release of the answer key, the applicants will also have a chance to challenge it.
Colleges offering admission
After the declaration of the result, the applicants should take admission to the colleges. The candidates must take admission on time to secure a seat at the specified time. To avoid any kind of hassle during the admission process, the applicants must be ready with all the documents. The college will do all the verification to complete the admission process. The authority will cancel the entire admission process if the applicant is at fault.
