Assam Police Recruitment Application Fee

Most importantly, willing candidates for the Assam Police Recruitment exam must keep on checking the release of the application form as it’s mandatory for every candidate to fill out the application form before the last day of the application form. Assam Police Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

These are the most important eligibility criteria the candidate must be a citizen of India or hold a domicile of Assam.

Age Criteria

The age criteria are different as per the designation of the other posts. However, the minimum age within all the posts is 18 years, while the maximum age is 38 years.

Apart from that, there are also the upper age relaxation criteria. Thus, the minimum age relaxation further varies from post to post if a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 10 years.

Educational Qualifications

Below are the eligibility criteria for the education qualification for a few posts. To get a complete version, candidates can check once the official notification gets out.

  1. Forester – I – The candidate must pass out a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
  2. Stenographer Grade- III – In the Forest Guard job, the applicant should be an alumnus of any stream from any University. Additionally, have a National Trade Certificate in transcription from ITI in Assam with 80 WPM in English Stenography.
  3. Surveyor – Moreover, the candidate must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination and possess a  certificate in Draftsmanship from any Institute.
  4. Forest Guard – A candidate has passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council.
  5. Mahut – Under this job application, the candidate must have been a pass out of  Class VIII or equivalent. Moreover, the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in elephant upkeeping.

Assam Police Recruitment Salary

Above all, the candidate can check the pay scale and pay grade scale on a per month basis as per the Pay Band 2 from below –

  • In the case of Forester-I, the salary – ₹14000- ₹60500 + GP ₹6400
  • Mahut and Carpenter, –  ₹14000- ₹60500 + GP ₹5000.
  • Stenographer (Grade-III)  – ₹14000- ₹60500 + GP ₹8700
  • Forest Guards – ₹14000-₹60500 + GP ₹5600
  • Surveyor – ₹14000- ₹60500 + GP ₹6200
  • Junior Assistant(in APHQRS / District Level) – ₹14,000- ₹49,000 + GP ₹6200
  • Sub-Inspector of Statistics – 14000-49000 + GP Rs.7600

  • Primary Investigator/ Computer – 14000-49000 + GP Rs.6200

Assam Police Recruitment Exam Pattern
