Reasoning Ability Starting from, Discrimination, Problem-Solving, Statements & Conclusions, Decision Making, Similarities and Differences, Symbolic/ Number Classification, Arithmetic Number Series,Then, Coding and Decoding, Spatial Orientation, Arithmetic Number Series, Arithmetic Reasoning, Judgement, Visual Memory, Relationship Concepts, Venn Diagrams, Figural Classification, Non-Verbal Series, Analogies, Direction Sense, Puzzle, Word Building Statement Conclusion, Observation, Space Visualization, and Analysis in addition.
Numerical Ability Starting from, Number System, Simple Interest, Geometry, Problems on Ages, Boats & Streams, Time & Distance, Time & Work, Discounts, Ratios & Proportions, Simplifications, Then, Probability, Averages, Profit & Loss, Mensuration, Allegations & Mixtures, Partnerships, Fundamental Operations, Permutations & Combinations, Also, Percentages, Problems on squares and cubes, Least Common Multiple (LCM) & Highest Common Factor (HCF), and Compound Interest.

Gujarat Police Recruitment Exam Pattern

  • The exam pattern of the Gujarat Police Department has no change this year.
  • Candidates can find their desired exam pattern on the official website. Exam pattern and syllabus varies from one position to another. For finding their respective exam pattern, candidates can also visit this official website https://police.gujarat.gov.in/.
  • Candidates will take up the examination for a total of 100 marks.
  • The Written Test generally consists of 3 sections.
  • Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability, and General Knowledge
  • Each section has certain weights in it. So, candidates should concentrate on all the sections equally.
  • Firstly, General Knowledge and Current affairs Section will hold an indicative weightage of up to 50 marks.
  • Secondly, the Reasoning Ability Section will also hold an indicative weightage of up to 15 marks.
  • Finally, the Numerical Ability Section will hold an indicative weightage of up to 35 marks.
  • Eventually, Each question holds each mark.
  • In addition, the candidate should know the negative marks. For each wrong, the candidate will also get a 0.25 negative mark.
