The stats table on the right-hand side of your dashboard provides you insight of the questions that you have skipped and answered in a day, week and month.
Stats including Cf score get reset on the 1st of every month (at 12:30 PM) just to give a better clarification on how many questions one has solved and skipped in a month, so you need not to worry about it!!
If you are a new expert on Chegg Q&A, your stats will show NA(Not available), which means that you haven’t answered/skipped any question on the Chegg Q&A board.
Note: If CF is NA, this indicates that none of your answers have been rated yet.
On Chegg Q&A Board, students post most of their questions between 11.30PM and 8AM everyday. Therefore, to answer more questions or from your favorite topics, we recommend that you login during this time so that you can maximize your earnings.
Please Note: You can always skip a question and move on to the next one if you think you cannot provide a correct answer. To do this, click on SKIP & GET NEXT QUESTION and select “Do not have the Subject Knowledge to Answer” in the pop-up window. Remember, learning is a never ending process. So keep brushing up your knowledge by revising the topics you previously skipped.
When you join Chegg, you are placed in Trial Period during which your answers are closely monitored by our in house quality team. During this time, you will frequently receive quality reviews from Chegg. Generally, an expert remains in the trail period until he/she receives 3-4 Quality reviews.
There’s no need to worry, you will still be paid for all the valid responses submitted during the trial period. Please make sure that all your answers are correct and have step by step detailed explanation.
Note: During your trial period, you can only submit 10 answers in one day!

Quality of the answer is of utmost importance for Students’ learning experience, therefore if in the middle of writing the answer you feel that you are not too confident about the answer, you can skip it by choosing the option, “Do not have the subject knowledge to answer’’ but do not submit an incorrect/incomplete answer which would affect your CF score.
Please take a moment to go through a short tutorial on How To Skip Questions on the Q&A Board and under which category.
On Chegg Q&A Board, you get ten minutes to read a question and if you are not sure about how to answer the question, you can skip it with a valid reason.
You can skip the question under four categories-
Note: After ten minutes, if you do not skip the question, question will be automatically skipped.
Always make sure to skip the questions with a valid reason.
We don’t penalize any expert to skip questions but as an expert we expect you to solve as many questions as possible, it is recommended that you note down the topics of the questions you skip and later try to learn those topics to expand your subject knowledge and hence earnings.
Skipping more questions with valid reason will not lead to revocation of your account or decrease in CF score but it will limit your earnings as you will only be answering questions from limited pool of questions.
On clicking on “Skip and Get Next question” button, you will be redirected to the next question and if you click on the “Exit” button you will be redirected to the “Start Answering page”.
