UKSEE 2021 Registration has started from 13th September 2021. Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination (UKSEE) is a state-level examination. UKSEE exam will be conducted once every year. UKSEE exam is organized by the Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU). Through this exam, admission is given for various U.G and P.G courses. Candidates can get admission in courses like B. Tech, Pharmacy, BCA, MBA, M. Tech, etc. College admission is also provided by various govt. and private institutes.

UKSEE Exam Latest Update:

The counseling notification for B.PHARM 1st & 2nd YEAR, (LATERAL ENTRY), B.TECH 2nd YEAR (LATERAL ENTRY), BHMCT, M.TECH, M.PHARM, MBA, MHMCT, and MCA has been released on 13th Sept 2021.

The online counseling for B.PHARM 1st & 2nd YEAR (LATERAL ENTRY), B.TECH 2nd YEAR(LATERAL ENTRY), BHMCT, M.TECH, M.PHARM, MBA, MHMCT, and MCA has been released on 11th Sept 2021.

 

About UKSEE Exam:

UKSEE is the entrance exam for admission in U.G and P.G courses. It includes engineering and various other courses affiliated with AKTU. AKTU is an acronym for Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. It was also known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) at first. AKTU is a public collegiate university in Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. It had been established as UPTU on 8th May 2000 by the govt. of Uttar Pradesh. It is an affiliating university, with 800 private and govt. colleges registered under it. This college provides programs in various fields like education, research, engineering, technology, architecture, city planning, pharmacy, applied arts and crafts, etc. The central govt. may declare by notification in the Gazette in consultation with the AICTE.

Applicants, who want admission to AKTU affiliated institutes, need to qualify for UKSEE first. Candidates who get qualified in the UKSEE exam will be involved in the counseling and admission process. Seats are allotted by the counseling process with the score secured in UKSEE. UKSEE Registration will also be in online mode only. The courses for U.G include B. Tech., B.Arch., B.Des., B.Pharma., BHM and CT, BFAD, and BFA. The P.G Courses include MBA, MBA, MCA, and MCA.

 

About UKSEE Conducting Authority:

Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) was acknowledged on 27th Jan 2005. Then, the UTU was accepted by Govt. of Uttarakhand in Dehradun, through the UTU Act 2005. The UTU campus is situated at NH72 Suddhowala, Dehradun. Dehradun is the capital of Uttarakhand. It was well connected through Rail, Road, and Air transportation. The UTU was established in a neighborhood of 8.372 hectares. Thus, it has been the only affiliating University of the state for technical institutions. There are eight Constituent and 132 affiliated colleges with 33,000 students. The following are the various courses mentioned below:

UTU University is granting education for U.G, P.G, and Ph.D. programs in various courses. The courses include Engineering, Management, Hotel Management, Pharmacy, etc. The University is serving technical education. The UTU progress is monitored each semester. The part-time Ph.D. program is specially planned for teachers and scientists. It also allows them to explore the untouched area of the research. UTU is also managing its campus for the M.Tech and M.Pharm program in different courses. Apart from this, the University has eight Constituent Colleges. UKSEE’S Basic Information:

UTU is organizing UKSEE for admissions to the subsequent programs. The courses were also offered by the University, Govt., and Private Institutes. UKSEE 2021 is a state-level examination organized by the UTU. There will be no UKSEE entrance exam in 2021. Based on the merit list, the candidate will be selected. The counseling has already started. The details about UKSEE registration are here as follows:

  • The application form has been released on the official website of UKSEE first.
  • The offline facility will not be provided to apply for UKSEE.
  • Candidates can fill their counseling form from 13th Sept 2021.
  • Then, fill in all the details in the form.
  • Upload the documents correctly in the form,
  • Later, add on the photo and sign in the specific format.
  •  After submission, no correction will be provided to candidates.
  • The candidates don’t need to send the hard copy by post.
  • Candidates can fill their counseling form till 16th Sept 2021.
  • Take a printout of the filled form for future use.

UKSEE Notification 2021:

UKSEE is a state-level exam conducted by UTU University. The UKSEE 2021 counseling has started on 13th Sept 2021. After the exam, counseling will also be conducted. Therefore the admission will be done based on the merit list. Through UKSEE, admission will be offered for B.Pharm, M.Phrma, M.Tech, MCA, and MBA courses. Admissions will also be offered by various govt. or private colleges for Uttarakhand state. Only Qualified candidates will be involved in counseling and further admission processes. UKSEE Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must check eligibility criteria before they apply. UTU University will not consider any ineligible candidate for admission. Moreover, the authority has the right to cancel the candidature if found ineligible at any time of the recruitment process. Therefore, candidates should fulfill the eligibility criteria. The following gives the details of the eligibility criteria.

Eligibility criteria for different courses get varies. Refer to the following table given below for the same.

  • Nationality:  Indian candidates are eligible to apply for the UKSEE exam.
  • Domicile: Candidates should have domicile certificates of Uttarakhand state.
  • Appearing: Candidates who are appearing in the final year of their studies will also be eligible.

B. Pharma Passed 10th+2 Exam with Physics and Chemistry along with one of the subjects Mathematics, Biology, etc. The qualifying marks should be at least 45% (40%marks for reserved category) in their examination.
BHMCT Passed Class 12th with at least 50% Marks.
B. Pharma Lateral Entry Passed Diploma Pharmacy (Allopathy) of 2 years after 10th+2 with 60% aggregate marks.
MCA Lateral Entry Passed BCA, BSC, ITI, or Computer Science with Mathematics as core subjects at 10th+2 level.
B.Tech Lateral Entry Passed Diploma from an AICTE approved institution in the branch of engineering and technology. The minimum marks should be at least 45%  (40% in case of reserved category). or
Passed B.Sc. Degree with at least 45% Marks and passed 12th with mathematics. (40% in case of reserved category).
MCA Passed Bachelor Degree with Mathematics with 60% of marks.
MBA Passed Bachelor Degree with 50% of marks. (45% in reserved category).

UKSEE Registration Process:

Candidates should submit the UKSEE 2021 registration form online mode. The counseling form has released on 13th Sept 2021. Candidates can fill the form till 16th Sept 2021. The candidates should take a print copy of the form for future use.

Candidates should fill in the details of personal, educational qualifications, etc. Fill in the required details carefully to avoid any mistakes. Once the form gets submitted, a correction facility would not be provided. There is no need to send any hard copy of the form by post. The counseling form would not be provided by any offline mode.

The application fee will be Rs. 1300 for OBC and General candidates. It will also be Rs. 650 for ST, SC candidates. Application Fee is often paid through online mode. The online mode consists of debit or credit card or net banking. Application Fee will not be refundable, once paid.

 

Documents Required to apply for UKSEE 2021:

How to fill UKSEE Form:

Aspirants need to follow the simple steps to fill the UKSEE form. Candidates must read the instruction carefully before filling the appliance form. The following are the steps to fill the UKSEE form.

  • Visit the official website of UKSEE first.
  • Then, click on the link to apply for UKSEE 2021.
  • Later, enter your email Id and mobile number for registration.
  • Then, log in with the Registration ID, Date of Birth (DOB), and Password.
  • Enter your basic and academic details.
  • Candidates need to upload their scanned photographs in a JPEG Format.
  • Above all, the photograph size should be 35 X 45 mm.
  • the photo should be with 75% coverage of the face and head of the candidate.
  • The name of the candidate and Photo taking date should be printed at the bottom of the photograph.
  • The photograph background should also be white or light-colored.
  • Submit the appliance fee only through online mode.
  • Keep the print copy of the form for future reference.

 

UKSEE 2021 Counseling:

After the UKSEE result declaration, the qualified candidates can apply for UKSEE 2021 counseling process at first. As there will be no exams conducted in 2021, candidates will be directly called for counseling. For counseling details, candidates may refer to the following point:

  • The merit list will be prepared based on the marks scored in the exam at first. Then, the candidates scoring higher marks would be placed higher. Those scoring lower marks would be at the end of the merit list.
  • The candidates should also carry the important documents at the time of UKSEE Counseling. They need to be present at the location on time. Otherwise, their seat will be taken up by the waiting list candidate.
  • Candidates going for counseling need to pay the registration fee to start the process at first. The registration fee would be Rs. 20,000 for the general and OBC categories. It will also be Rs. 12,000 for SC, ST category.
  • The registration fee will not be refundable, once paid.

UKSEE 2021 Exam Pattern:

Candidates should know the exam pattern in depth-first. Doing so will help them score better for the exam. It will also be easy for exam preparation. Candidates can check the UKSEE exam pattern from the official website first. The following are the model of exam pattern, which includes:

  • Mode of exam: The exam will be conducted in an offline mode like a pen and paper on the OMR sheets.
  • Total No. of Questions: There will be 150 questions for the technical course and then 100 for other courses in the question paper.
  • Maximum Marks: The question paper will carry a total of 600 marks for technical courses and then 400 marks for other courses.
  • Duration: The exam will take place for three hours that will be 180 minutes.
  • Type of question: All questions will be objective type, i.e., Multiple Choice Questions. There will also be four options for each question. Then select one option for the correct answer.
  • Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, four marks will be added to the score. Therefore, there is no negative marking in the UKSEE exam.
  • The medium of Examination: The question paper will be given in both languages of Hindi and English.

 

UKSEE Admit Card:

Candidates can download the UKSEE Admit Card from the official website. They can log in with their details at first to download the hall ticket. Admit card is also an important document for the UKSEE exam. Thus students are not allowed to enter the exam hall without the Admit Card. Therefore, the candidates should bring the Admit Card along with govt. ID proof. Moreover, they should keep it safe until the admission process is finished.   1. The candidates should visit the UKSEE official website at first to download the admit card.
  2. Then, on the main page of the official website, click on the “Online Admit Card” button.
  3. On the next window, the login page will also appear on the Screen

  6. The candidate can also download the PDF of the UKSEE hall ticket.

UKSEE  Result:

The UKSEE result will be declared online on the official website. The candidates should log in with the application no. and password at first, to check the UKSEE result. The University also prepares a separate merit list for the candidates. The merit list is based on the marks that the candidates scored in the entrance exam at first. This merit list will also act as the basis on which students get admission to different courses. Thus through the UKSEE exam result, the candidates were offered seats.
