The long-form for MCA is Masters in Computer Applications. The Kerala MCA Exam is generally a state-level entrance Exam. It is for the applicants to get admission to their desired private or govt institution in Kerala. The applicants can get admission to the 3 year course of the MCA program. The Exam conducting authority is the Commissioner for Entrance Exam (CEE), Kerala. Every year, on behalf of the Govt of Kerala, CEE takes the Kerala MCA Exam. The Kerala MCA Exam 2021 reg process started on 4th July 2021 and ended on 20th July 2021. In this Exam, the question paper consists of 150 MCQ questions. The applicants have to finish within 120 mins. The Kerala MCA Exam syllabus gets solely based on the graduation level of the syllabus. The 2021 result of this Exam got declared on 24th Aug 2021. From the 1st week of Sept, the counseling process for admission has begun. Only the applicants who qualify for the Exam can sit for the counseling process. The Kerala MCA Exam counseling process gets carried out by the Director of Technical Education, Thiruvananthapuram, for admission to the various MCA institutions in Kerala every year. Those applicants who obtained their Comp Applications and Comp Science Engineering degrees and want to pursue their MCA degree further can apply to their desired MCA institution in Kerala through the Kerala MCA Exam counseling process. The CEE organizes this entrance Exam for the eligible candidates and, based on these exam marks, the counseling process occurs.
Hence, as soon as the exam result publishes, the counseling process starts. This year, the exam result got out on 24th Aug 2021 on the official website by the CEE, Kerala, and the counseling process started from the 1st week of Sept only. The final seat allocation process gets based on the CAP. It is the process where the qualifying applicants are allotted seats in Private or Govt colleges under the control of the govt through a Single Window System of Allotment (SWSA).
The Exam conducting authority is the Commissioner for Entrance Exam (CEE), Kerala. Its office was set up in 1983 in Kerala separately to conduct entrance Exams like the one above for admission to professional courses. Thirteen entrance exams occurred through this Exam regulating body. It is for getting into both UG and PG executive courses.
Among them, the Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical Entrance Exams (KEAM) is the most known entrance exam for which almost seventy lakh students participate every year.
For the General Category and the Socially and Economically Backward Communities (SEBC) applicants, the application fee is Rs. 800/-
In the case of reserved category applicants, such as the applicants belonging from SC/ST/OBC/PWD classes, the application fee is Rs.400/-
The applicants need to deposit the application fee through Bank Challan at any nearest branch of the State Bank of Travancore. The Bank challan will be available online on the official website of the Kerala MCA CEE Exam. Those applicants living outside Kerala, who want to appear for this Exam, can pay the application fee via Demand Draft.
The Demand Draft can be from any Nationalised Bank. It should be in the name of The Commissioner of the Entrance Exam. Then the applicants need to send this draft along with the printout of the application form. They need to send it to the official address of the CEE given below:

The Kerala MCA Exam occurs in offline mode. It is a pen and paper-based Exam.

The Kerala MCA Exam 2021 Notification got released on 4th July 2021 on the official website by the CEE, Kerala.
The Exam got conducted on 12th Aug 2021 in offline mode. The notification is generally an imp document published by the Exam Conducting Authority on the official website. It gets released even before the Exam occurs. It helps the students get a clear idea about the Exam.

There is no restriction on the age for appearing in this Exam. The applicants can be of any age, and there is also no limit for the no. of attempts one can take in this Exam. The applicants can take the exam n no. of times throughout their lifetime and at any age, as long as they complete the eligibility criteria.
The General category students should have a Bachelors degree with a min of 50% marks secured. The SEBC applicants and PwD applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with a min of 45% marks gained. The SC and ST applicants should have just a min pass in the degree, and it is more than enough. Also, the applicants appearing for the final Exam in their college can sit for this Exam. All the eligible applicants should submit their originals and photocopies of their degree certificate and the entire mark sheets of all the qualifying exams they have given during the counseling process.
The applicant must be a citizen of India. To show this as proof, the applicants must bring the original birth certificate.
It should get issued by a Village Officer or a proficient authority. It should show that the applicant is an inhabitant of any state of India or Union territory of India. Also, the applicants can bring their original copies of passports or school certificates as proof that they are the citizen of India since these documents contain the infos about the birthplace of the applicants. The Kerala MCA Exam Admit Card gets released few days before the Exam date. In 2021, the Admit Card got published on 29th July 2021 on the official website of the Kerala MCA Exam in online mode by the CEE, Kerala. The Exam got conducted on 12th Aug 2021. Hence, the Kerala MCA Exam Admit Card 2021 got released 14 days before the Exam date. The Kerala MCA Exam Result releases few weeks after the applicants give the Exam. At first, the answer key gets released, and then the Exam result gets published. The Result publishes online on the official website of the Kerala MCA Exam by the CEE, Kerala, and in PDF format. The applicants need to download this merit list PDF, where they will have to search their name on the list, and they will be able to see the scores. This year the Answer Key got released on 14th Aug 2021. The Result got published on 24th Aug 2021.
Based on the marks of the results, the applicants will get selected for the Counseling Process. This year, the Counseling process has already begun from the 1st week of Sept 2021 onwards.
The Kerala MCA Exam Merit list gets based on the overall score and the cut-off marks published by the CEE. This merit list denotes that whether the applicant can sit for the counseling process or not. Every year, one or two merit list gets published by the Exam Conducting Authority that contains the rank and roll no. of the applicants.
