What is AIMS?
Many have misunderstood and misinterpreted AIMS with All India Medical Sciences. But it is another governing body that keeps track of the management courses. AIMS Test for Management is one of the tests for checking the eligibility of the student who wants to pursue management in the future. This exam is conducted by AIMS which is the acronym for Association for Indian Management Schools. The authority is thirty years old. This exam is conducted several times in the year. To register for the exam is a simple process.
Registration and notification

Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate who is a citizen of India can appear for the exam. This is the exam conducted by the independent body AIMS of India. The first requirement for the student to appear for the exam is the citizenship of India. The proof of citizenship is an aadhar card, voter id, PAN card. During the time of the exam, this proof is needed. Examiners check the proof to match the identity of the student.
- The graduate student with a 50% aggregate can apply for the exam. The minimum appearing percentage for the exam is 50%. Therefore a student scoring a percentage equal to more than 50% in graduation can appear for the exam.
- The candidates who are in the final year or the candidate whose result is awaited can apply with the provisional certificate. This is the proof of the candidate for final marks in graduation.
- There is no age limit for the exam. Any student of any age can apply for the exam.
Registration Process
The registration process for the exam is quite simple. ATMA is not a complicated exam in the case of registration. There are simple steps that are followed by the applicant for appearing in the exam. Here are the steps are written in order for appearing in the exam.
Steps or Procedure
- Step 1 is to register on the official website of ATMA. Create the login ID and password. Fill in the details carefully. Double-check the details. Enter the examination center according to suitability. The application form is of Rs. 1500. At the end of the form, the candidate will pay rs. 1500 through online banking or from debit/ credit card.
- Step 2 is to download the admit card. The admit card is released by AIMS three days prior to the exam. The candidate should check the notification and download the admit card. Get the printout of admit card. Because this will be required at the time of the exam.
- Step 3 is to appear for the mock test. The mock test is arranged by AIMS one day prior to the exam The mock test is arranged to make the aspirants aware of the setting and guidelines of the exam. This is an internet-based exam that has certain guidelines. To make the candidate aware of the exam the mock test is arranged. The mock test is compulsory for the applicants.
- The fourth step is to appear for the exam. The exam has 180 questions from different sections such as quantitative, analytical reasoning, and verbal reasoning. One mark is given to each correct answer and 0.25 marks are deducted for each wrong answer.
- The last step is to check the result. Check the result from the official website. The result is available on the official website. The candidate can log in and check the result.

Analysis of the exam ATMA
ATMA provides details regarding the overall and sectional difficulty, topic-wise distribution of questions, expected cutoff, etc. The perfect idea of the difficulty level, candidates can have a look at the ATMA exam analysis below. Sections And Difficulty
The Quantitative Skills section according to the ATMA exam analysis was the toughest among all the six sections. Many questions were asked from topics such as Number Systems and Arithmetic. The difficulty level of questions in Verbal Skills was moderate. This section had questions from Grammar, Para Jumbles, and Correct Statement. Admit cards can be downloaded only till the day of the exam.
