ANUPGCET is for admissions to PG programs. The exam is held by Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU). ANU holds the exam for admission to different PG programs. It includes Science, Arts & Social Studies, Commerce, Education & Teaching, Languages, and other PG courses. The ANUPGCET is a university-level admission test that is held once a year. The exam is conducted offline, using pen and paper. The length of the exam is 90 minutes. The format of the ANUPGCET is MCQ. The test is given in English and Telugu. About ANUPGCET

Acharya Nagarjuna University or ANU is a state university founded in 1976. The University began with only ten PG programs. It has made a huge success since then. This has been made possible by the work of its committed professors. ANU now provides PG education in 47 courses.

The university has about 450 affiliated colleges. ANU has developed into a big university with 39 Departments. It includes many self-financed courses that began in 1992. It was expanded to three districts. ANU currently has 450 associated colleges that provide UG and PG degrees. On-campus, there are now 39 PG teaching and research programs. 71 associated colleges are offering P.G. courses. The University operates two P.G. facilities. One is in Ongole and the other in Nuzvid.

The University offers job-related courses at the degree and PG levels. Autonomy was granted to four institutions by the UGC in New Delhi. The University guarantees high quality of education. There is a rise in the number of students enrolling each year. Therefore, the University has been working to maintain its standards.

The aim of the College is teaching and research. The different research programs include both basic and applied topics.   • Fixed Reservations: Those candidates which used their reservations must submit the caste certificate of reservations. SC- 15%, ST- 6%, Backward Communities- 29%.

  • Local Applicants Reservation:

There is a reservation of 85% in every one of the categories and every one of the courses just for the local applicants. Applicants who have a place from Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, and Prakasam are counted for this booking. Applicants applying through this category should deliver their declaration certificate.

 

Registration Process

  • To fill the registration form, the candidate must visit the official website.
  • When the portal is open,  fill in all required details with the proper information.
  • After completing the registration form, the applicants get an OTP on their registered mobile number.
  • Select the courses which applicants want to apply for.
  • Applicants are then required to enter all details like the Name, Date of Birth, Permanent address, Parents’ name, and other details.
  • Applicants should also fill in the email address and telephone number.
  • The next step is to upload the scanned photo and signature.
  • Tick in the Terms & Conditions.
  • Click on the preview button to preview the applications.
  • Applicants can edit the application if any information is entered wrong.
  •  Save and Print the ANUPGCET form and submit it.

  • Date of the exam

 

The candidates who do not have an admit card will be unable to take the exam.

  • Enter your Registration Information.
  • Click on the link to download the Admit Card. The admit card will be shown on the screen.
  • Download and print the file.

 

ANUPGCET Result

The result of the exam is announced on the authority site. The ANUPGCET 2021 results will be released in June of 2021. It will be available on the University’s official website.

The following are the processes for downloading the rank card:

  • Visit the University’s website.
  • Select the Download Rank Card option.
  • Enter your Admit Card Number and your Date of Birth.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • Save the file.
  • Make a copy for yourself for future reference.
  • Candidates will be able to view their test performance on the rank card. It will show the candidate’s rank and score.

 

Tie-Breaking

The order of merit will be determined depending on the results of the admission exam. The tie will be resolved based on the marks. Any other tie will be resolved by marks obtained in the qualifying exam’s group topics. Still, if a tie exists, it will be determined based on the date of birth, favoring older applicants.
