Nalanda University, a.k.a Nalanda International University, is placed in the city named Rajgir, located in Bihar. It is an international university that further focuses intensively on research and education. This university also got officiated through an Act of Parliament. The act further implies to copy one of the most prestigious ancient universities of Nalanda. It used to function from the 5th to 13th centuries.
