Age –

The age requirement for eligibility extends from 20 years to 35 years as of January 31, 2024.

Qualification –  

•  Candidates must have an official university degree and be fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, or either of the two languages. 
•  According to the Gujarat Civil Service Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967, candidates must have a basic understanding of computer usage.

Application Steps 

To apply online for GSSSB Recruitment 2025, candidates need to adhere to the following step-by-step procedure for submitting their application forms: 

1. Step 1: Go to the official website of the GSSSB. 

2. Step 2: Click on “Apply Online” > “Online Application” > “Apply” > Select “Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB)”. 

3. Step 3: Then, click on the “Apply” tab. 

4. Step 4: Initiate the New Registration process by providing details such as your name, parent’s name, gender, date of birth, category, etc. 

5. Step 5: Submit your communication details, language preferences, and any other required information. 

6. Step 6: Upload your recent photograph (Photo size: 5 cm in length, 3.6 cm in width, maximum size of the photo 15 KB) and signature. 

7. Step 7: Click on the “Save” button to confirm your uploaded documents. 

8. Step 8: Proceed to pay the application fee applicable to your category and then click on the final submit button. 

9. Step 9: After completing the submission, download and save the GSSSB Application forms for future reference. 

GSSSB Admit Card 

Candidates are advised to exercise caution while obtaining the GSSSB  Admit Card, as it is a crucial document required for entry into the exam venue. The download process is straightforward and user-friendly. Applicants can follow the steps given below: 

Step 1: Go to the official GSSSB website. 

Step 2: Locate the ‘GSSSB  Admit Card Download 2025’ link. 

Step 3: use your login credentials to access your admit card. 

Step 4: Once logged in, your admit card will appear on the screen. Verify all the details provided on the admit card, including the candidate’s name, address, date of birth, etc. 

Step 5: Download a copy of the Admit Card onto your device. It is recommended to take multiple printouts of the admit card for future reference.
