Generally, the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation conducts the recruitment process for various posts. The ESIC Recruitment for this year has now begun. Earlier this year, the Gazette of India had released a brief notification declaring a total of 6552 vacancies for the post of Upper Division Clerk/Upper Division Cashier-Clerk and Stenographer. The ESIC releases the admit card for Phase I, II, and III, two weeks before the exam date. Since the ESIC Recruitment 2022 will be done for two different posts, the selection process also varies.

Let’s start with the steps involved, what information we get in the admit card, and the document to carry with the ESIC UDC/Steno admit card. Admit card consists of the time, venue, and exam-related guidelines.
It releases the official notification about the application process. Eligible candidates need to fill the online application form, the online application process closes generally after a month. Candidates who complete the application process will receive the Admit Card for the Prelims/Mains Stage. Candidates can get their Admit card 2 weeks before the examination.
Candidates who successfully pass the Prelims Stage will move on to the next phase of the selection process, which is the Mains Stage. Qualified Candidates will receive the Admit Card for the same two weeks before the exam date.
Note: For ESIC Steno there is only a two-phase examination. Those who successfully pass the Mains exams(Stage I) will be called for the last and final phase- The Skills Test.
Candidates who successfully pass the Mains Exam will be eligible to appear for the Skill Tests. The Skill Tests for both posts are generally conducted on the same day and the admit card will be released two weeks before the exam date.

Step 1: The candidate needs to visit the ESIC official website
Step 2: On the home page, the candidate will find the post’s link to which they have applied and after clicking it will be redirected to the ESIC Candidate login page portal.
Step 3: Enter the login credentials:
Step 4: After entering the login credentials, Admit Card will appears on the screen.
Step 5: Download the admit card and take its printout.
Note: The candidate should carefully go through it, any discrepancies in the admit card should be brought up with the concerned official authority as soon as possible.
The information on the ESIC hall ticket must match the information on the ESIC application form. Candidates must cross-check these facts on the ESIC admit card to ensure that they are correct.

Ans. No, ESIC will not send the admit card via post. It is an online process. The candidates need to download their admit cards from the official website of ESIC.
