About Exam and Exam Conducting Authority

For admission to Yogi Vemana University’s postgraduate courses, the YVUCET is conducted. The test is conducted in person. General Category must achieve 25 marks to be considered for admission.

The Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa, has published the YVUCET 2021 results for the exam on October 23, 2021. Then candidates shortlisted for admission to YVU, Kadapa will be able to choose between various courses.

 

YVUCET Exam’s Basic Information

Undergraduate, graduate, also diploma courses are offered at the university. At Yogi Vemana University, you can choose from five diploma courses, one undergraduate degree, also 26 postgraduate degrees. The following courses are offered at Yogi Vemana University: B.F.A, M.Com, M.P.Ed, M.Sc, M.A, M.B.A. The university has only one undergraduate degree program – B.F.A. YVUCET 2021 Admission Process

Step 1: Registration

Candidates must first register online to appear for YVUCET 2021. Candidates must sign up for a password also login ID on the official university website. The site will request the relevant information from the candidate. A candidate will be assigned an ID and a password once they have registered. After filling out the YVUCET application form, the candidate can proceed.

 

Step 2: Pay the Application Fee and fill the application form

YVUCET application forms must be filled out first before the application fee is paid online. Paying the application fee through Net Banking, Credit Card, as well as Debit Card online is the only method of payment. In the application form, the candidate can fill out all the details as soon as the fee is paid. In addition to the passport-sized photo and signature, the candidate must also scan also upload the images. A candidate can then apply after completing all the formalities.

 

Step 3: YVUCET Admit Card

Yogi Vemana University admits cards are available on the official website of the university for those who have successfully filled out moreover submitted an application form. We regret to inform the candidates that their YVUCEY admit cards won’t be mailed/couriered/posted. Admit cards can be downloaded by logging in to the website. As the admit card is a mandatory document to have at the YVUCET exam center, it is important that the candidate prints out the admit card.

 

Step 4: YVUCET Exam

Participants in the YVUCET 2021 exam must bring their admit cards to the test center and should arrive well before exam time. The entrance exam cannot be taken by candidates who do not reach the test center on time. To score better, candidates should also be aware of the YVUCET exam pattern as well as the marking scheme.

 

Step 5: YVUCET Result

Yogi Vemana University will announce the YVUCET 2021 results on its official website. To check the results, candidates must log in. Results will only be released online. There will be a merit list following the results announcement, at which point candidates can attend the university counseling session.

 

Step 6: Counselling

Candidates will be invited to two phases of counseling following the declaration of YVUCET 2021 results. YVUCET scores will determine where candidates are assigned seats. A non-refundable fee will be charged to the candidate at the time of the counseling session. The candidate becomes a university student after completing the formalities.

 

YVUCET 2021 Admit Card

On or around the last week of May 2021(tentative), all candidates will have to download their YVUCET 2021 Hall Ticket. Candidates will not receive their Hall Ticket by post or email. The steps for downloading the Hall Ticket are as follows:

1.   Log on to the official website.
2.   Go to YVUCET Admit Card 2021
3.   Ensure you enter the Application Number as well as the date of birth as part of your login details.
4.   Access the exam hall ticket by logging in.
5.   Obtain a sheet of A4 paper to print the pass.

During the exam, candidates must bring a printout of their hall ticket and their photo identification as proof of identity

 

YVUCET 2021 Eligibility

Each applicant must first meet the eligibility requirements for YVUCET 2021 as set by the conducting body. To qualify for YVUCET 2021, you must meet the following criteria:

 

Nationality

• Citizens of India are eligible to apply.
• The educational institutions of Andhra Pradesh set local as well as non-local requirements for candidates.
• Applicants who are non-resident Indian (NRI) or foreign should comply with the university’s admission rules.

 

Academic Qualification

• Graduates from any recognized university must have a grade point average of at least 40%.
• Qualification exam candidates are also eligible to apply
• Academic qualifications vary according to the course you are applying for.

 

Age

• exams are open to all ages.

 

Course wise Eligibility

To apply for the YVUCET, candidates must follow certain criteria laid out by Yogi Vemana University. Before filling out the YVUCET application form, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria. Each course has the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 50% (minimum qualifying mark) must have been secured on the candidate’s graduation.
• Candidates who are in the final year of their academic program are also eligible to apply. Mark sheets for the semester will be required.

MSc Psychology	The candidate should have done their bachelor’s.
MSc Maternal Science also Nanotechnology	It is preferred that the candidate has studied Physics also Maths in a BSc.
MSc Physics	It is preferred that the candidate has studied Physics also Maths in a BSc.
MSc Mathematics	A candidate should have studied mathematics at an undergraduate or graduate level.
MSc Statistics (with computer applications)	BA or BSc with Statistics Combination.
MA Economics	The candidate should have done a BA in Economics or BCom.
MA in English	It is recommended that the candidate have either completed part I or part II of an undergraduate degree in English.
MA Telugu	Telugu will be required in all parts I as well as II of the degree or BA Oriental studies in Telugu.
MA Rural Development	An undergraduate degree is required.
MA Urdu	A candidate should have completed Part I of the graduation with two papers in Urdu or Part II.

YVUCET 2021 Application Fee

• Netbanking, debit/credit cards, or net banking/debit cards are the only methods of payment for the YVUCET 2021 application fee. Applicants are required to pay the following as application fees:

• If you want to qualify for the counseling rounds, then you must score a minimum of 25% marks in the entrance exam (no minimum marks for SC/ST candidates).
• If any candidates object to the answer key, then they should submit their objections to the office of the Convener, YVUCET within three days of publication of the answer key by e-mail/speed, registered mail, or in person.
• Then answers to the YVUCET 2021 will be published alongside the results.

 

YVUCET 2021 Merit List

The YVUCET 2021 results will have announced separately for each course based on the candidates’ performances in the entrance exam. There will be a Merit List for YVUCET 2021 Counselling available to those who scored more than the cutoff.

The entry entrance exam scores will determine the merit list ranking in descending order. Separate merit lists for reserved categories will have produced as well. Candidates will have invited to attend counseling based on their performance.

 

YVUCET 2021 Counselling

We have postponed YVUCET 2021 Counseling. We will announce the new date soon. Until then, Round-1 of YVUCET 2021 Counselling Registration is open. YVUCET 2021 is only open to candidates whose names appear on the Merit List.

• You will be required to verify all your documents during the counseling process for the YVUCET 2021 exam.
• According to the merit list, seats will be allocated based on the rankings acquired by the candidates.
• There is a fee for candidates to pay when they come to the counseling session.
• Based on the candidates’ YVUCET 2021 Rank, the candidates will have counseled also allocated seats in sequential order.
• At the counseling center on the stipulated date, all certificate also document verification will take place.
• To participate in the counseling process, the candidate must bring all of the necessary documents. Candidate’s representatives cannot attend the counseling also admission process on their behalf.

 

Documents that a candidate must bring to the counseling sessions in original and in two photocopies include the following.

• Hall Ticket also ranks card for YVUCET 2021.
• Results of qualifying exams also provisional/degree certificates.

• Obtaining a Tahsildar’s certificate of income so, failure to present an income certificate will result in the fee being waived.
• If you qualify for the physical handicapped/extracurricular activities category, then you can submit your certificate (NCC/NSS/Games & 6 Sports / Cultural Activity).
• For children of military personnel, the parent’s discharge certificate also service certificate are necessary.
• Document proving the residence of parents in the state of A.P. If the candidate has studied outside A.P./conducted a private study, then the document can have obtained from the Tahsildar.
• Also, certificate of Migration (for other University candidates).

Q. What are the guidelines for counseling?

• At the time of counseling, the qualified student will have allocated a seat based on their merit.
• In Phase I we will go through your application process, also in Phase II we will fill out your application.
• Candidates attending the counseling session will not have paid for their travel expenses by the university.
• Counseling must have been conducted in person by the candidate. Because the seat will have given to the next ranked candidate if the candidate does not show up for the scheduled counseling session.
• As part of the eligibility requirements, the candidate has also needed to meet the university’s requirements. An aspirant may lose a seat if he or she has found to be ineligible during the admission process.
• Also, a valid and legal document should have been brought to counseling. Documents found to be false or invalid can result in the candidate losing his or her seat and also being reported.
