Sharda University, Greater Noida, conducts Sharda University Admission Test. This exam aims to admit candidates to various, for and postgraduate courses. The SUAT 2022 exam is a comprehensive admission test for all classes, and the test pattern comprises 100 objective-type questions of one mark each. In addition, the SUAT question paper includes various subjects to test the candidates’ problem-solving, analytical, and logical skills. Apart from these skills, the SUAT also assesses the candidate’s language proficiency. 

Sharda University Admission Test applies undergraduate courses that include B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, BA (Hons) & B.Sc in all disciplines. Furthermore, admission to integrated courses such as B.Tech + MBA integrated, B.Tech + M.Tech integrated, BBA + MBA integrated and integrated law is done based on the SUAT 2021. SUAT is also applicable for Postgraduate courses such as MCA and MBA.  Besides, these courses students who want to pursue Journalism & Mass Communication & Design need to undergo SUAT. 

Exempted from SUAT

SUAT Exam’s Basic Information

SUAT will be held online as a computer-based test for admission in UG and PG courses. It is a university-level entrance exam conducted once per year. Candidates get only one attempt to clear the exam. Hence, if the candidate doesn’t qualify, the authority will give no further attempt.

SUAT Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates must check eligibility criteria before they apply. Sharda University will not consider any ineligible candidate for admission. Moreover, the authority has the right to cancel the candidature if found ineligible at any time of the admission process.

SUAT Eligibility for undergraduate courses: 

Candidates applying for UG courses in Sharda university must fulfill these conditions:

• Candidates should have completed their Class 12th examination. However, if applicants are appearing for the 12th exam in the year of applying, they will also be eligible.
• For B.E/BTech/BSc courses, candidates should have studied science subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. Moreover, they must have 60% marks in Class 10th and 70% and above marks in Class 12th.
• For BCA/BCom courses, they should have studied Mathematics/Statistics/Information Science/Computer subject, and have 50% marks in Class 12th in aggregate of all topics.
• For BBA/BA courses, candidates from any stream can apply. However, they must have studied relevant subjects like commerce/mathematics in class 12th, and also they must be proficient in English.
• Candidates applying for Journalism, mass communication, and design courses should have completed Class 12th with 50% marks and good English proficiency.

Important Note: Candidates must have completed 17 years of age as of December 31, 2021

SUAT Eligibility for postgraduate courses: 

Candidates applying for PG courses in Sharda university must fulfill these conditions:

• Candidates should have completed or appeared in the final year of their Bachelor’s degree in a relevant stream.
• They must have obtained 60% marks in the graduation.
• Also, candidates must have qualified for the national level eligibility tests like GATE, NEET, CLAT, etc. However, it depends on which course candidates are applying for. 
• For MBA courses, candidates who have a valid score in CAT/XAT (65 percentile and above) and MAT (75 percentile and above) can also apply.

Important Note: There is no pre-defined age limit to apply for PG courses at Sharda University. 

SUAT Registration Process

How to apply for SUAT

Candidates must follow the following step by step procedure while applying for SUAT:

• First, go to the official website of Sharda University – https://suat.sharda.ac.in/
• Then click on, “Apply online” button for online registration.
• After that, fill in basic details such as the candidate’s name, mail ID, phone number, etc.
• After this, candidates will receive a confirmation mail & SMS on registered ID & number.
• Additionally, the candidate will also get their Login credentials in the mail.
• Now, use these login credentials to fill out the application form.
• Fill in details like address & qualification and complete the form.
• Then, upload scanned images of passport size photographs & signatures.
• Before submission, re-check & verify all the details.
• After verification, click on the “submit” option.

SUAT Application Fee Payment

SUAT Application fee payment is the final step in the registration process. The application form will be submitted successfully only after the fee payment. Thus, candidates must pay the amount within the deadline. Follow these steps to pay the SUAT application fee:

• First, click on the ‘Application Fee Payment’ tab.
• Next, the ‘Payment Verification’ page will appear.
• Fill in all the details in the respective fields.
• Next, click on ‘Proceed to Payment.’
• Then, select ‘Payment through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
• Finally, choose your card type (VISA or MasterCard, or Maestro).
• Finally, enter all the card details required and make a payment.

Applicants must ensure that they pay the application fee on time. Sharda University has a different fee structure for male and female candidates. SUAT Exam Syllabus

Candidates must check the syllabus for their respective courses. Sharda University provides a detailed breakdown of topics that are going to be in the entrance exam. Therefore, the candidate must prepare for those topics only. Besides, the SUAT is not that difficult to crack. Hence, candidates just need to have patience and dedication to clear the exam. 

SUAT 2022 Syllabus for UG courses is based on the 11th and 12th classes. It means candidates need to study the topic they learned in their 11th and 12 standards. In addition, candidates can prepare for mathematics, chemistry, English, physics, etc.

The syllabus for PG courses is prepared based on graduation level. Therefore, questions will be asked from the subject, i.e., logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness, English communication, etc.

SUAT 2022 Exam Pattern

SUAT exam pattern consists of 100 questions carrying one mark each. The mode of exam will be online with no negative marking. Hence, applicants must attempt every question.  The SUAT 2022 duration is one and a half hours. Thus, candidates must complete their exams within this time frame. Moreover, applicants will not be given grace time in any condition.

SUAT Exam Admit Card

Candidates can download the SUAT 2021 Admit Card from the official website of Sharda University. Sharda University will issue SUAT 2022 admit cards to candidates who have applied successfully. They can log in with their credentials to download the hall ticket.

Admit card is an essential document to sit for the SUAT 2022. No candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the SUAT 2022 Admit Card. Therefore, the candidates are requested to keep the SUAT 2022 Admit Card with them during the exam. In addition, the candidates must also carry one photo identity proof and fee receipt. SUAT Exam Result

Sharda University releases the SUAT 2022 results on its official website. It will be declared within one month of examination. Candidates can check their ranks by logging in with their registered id and password. In addition, Sharda University prepares a separate merit list based on the examination marks of the candidates. This merit list is the basis on which students get admission to different courses.

How to Download the SUAT Result?

Candidates can check their results in the following manner:

• First, visit the official website site of Sharda university – https://suat.sharda.ac.in/
• Then, click on the Latest notification tab.
• Now, click on the “check SUAT result” button
• After that, enter all the details, such as your exam roll number, Date of birth. 
• Then, click on the view result button. 
• After that, your rank card will appear. 
• Check your rank and percentile in the entrance examination

SUAT 2022 Counselling

Sharda University will start the counseling soon after the result declaration. It is likely to begin within two weeks of the SUAT result 2022. Sharda University will release the cut-off markets in PDF format. Hence, whose name appears in that list will be called for a counseling session. In the counseling process, documents, verification, and seat allotment process will be done.

For admission to PG (MBA) courses, candidates must attend group discussions and personal interview rounds. Thus, candidates must prepare for these rounds along with the entrance exam. Moreover, candidates need to bring original documents for the verification process. Without verification of documents, seats will not be allotted to the candidates.

After seat allotment, candidates will need to report at the allotted college with original documents. Furthermore, candidates must pay the course fee within the given deadline.  Candidates will not be considered if they do not have their original documents with them. Hence, candidates must carry all the required documents during a counseling session. Candidates can check the documents which they need  for the verification process:

Essential instructions for SUAT 2022

Candidates appearing for SUAT must follow all the guidelines. If any candidate indulges in any malpractice, they will be disqualified from the exam. Thus, they would not be considered for the admission process. Candidates can check essential guidelines for the exam below:

• Every candidate must reach the SUAT exam center before the reporting time. Therefore, they will be able to avoid any last-minute rush.
• Every candidate must carry their SUAT 2022 admit card and valid ID proof to the exam centers. Failing to do so, they would not be able to enter the examination hall.
• Candidates should not carry any electronic gadgets like mobile phones, tablets, digital calculators, etc., to the examination hall. Thus, if you have any such device, you must keep it outside the examination hall. 
• Candidates must have their masks and a bottle of sanitizer with them.
• You can have a water bottle with you and nothing else. Hence, make sure you do not carry any eatables with you.
• Candidates must maintain silence throughout the exam and must not indulge in any malpractice. 
• No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the end of the examination. Thus, you must take your time and sit calmly after you finish.

Q: What is the last date to fill out the SUAT 2022 application form?

A: Sharda University has declared the date of application. Hence, candidates can now fill out the SUAT application form till 21st July 2022. 

Q: Can I give the SUAT 2022 Exam again if I didn’t qualify the first time?

A: Sharda university conducts SUAT once per year. If you didn’t qualify for the exam in 2022, you could give it next year, i.e., in 2023. However, you cannot appear for the exam twice in the same year. 

Q: What is the exam center for SUAT 2022?
