RTU (Rajasthan Technical University ) Conducts RMCAAT previously known as RMCAAP for students who want admissions in the MCA Program. It is a State-level examination.
State-Level Examination- The Means only people who are in the Residence of that state can write the exam.
2. Students who are the Residence of the State can apply for RMCAAT but for the year 2021, it is replaced by NIMCET so the admissions for the MCA Program will be based on the students NIMCET score. NIT Raipur conducts NIMCET Exam.
3. Usually RTU conducts the exam but in 2014 The Board of Technical Education, Jodhpur had conducted it and RMCAAT is held in May or June.
RTU:- It is an affiliated University in Kota. The Government of Rajasthan had established it in 2006 to increase the technical education in the state. RTU offers the following Programs
As of April 2011, RTU Join up with 202 colleges and also B.TECH degrees are offered in 9 Govt supporting institutes and 109 private institutes and MCA degrees are offered in 7 Govt supporting institutes and 122 private institutes
RTU releases the cut-off and the Merit list of RMCAAT on the official website based on the list the admission process will take place. eligible students of Rajasthan and Kashmiri Migrants can write the exam
It is an exam that tests the student’s computer knowledge, Mathematical and reasoning ability. Students who want to study computer Applications can apply for this exam
Earlier RMCAAT was RMCAAP so the students who wanted to apply for the MCA Program will go to the official website by clicking on “Registration in RMCAAP” to apply for the MCA Program and select the college they want to study. while registering students need to enter various details such as name, mobile number, Email ID, uploading photograph and signature, the required Marksheet, etc. but now RTU has changed it to RMCAAT which is an entrance test students can apply for the MCA program either through RMCAAT or by uploading class XII or under-graduation mark sheet
MCA:- This is a Program for students who are keen on learning computer application development and Programing language therefore it is a mixture of theoretical and practical knowledge of Computer Applications. those who pursue MCA and have the right amount of skill, work experience, and caliber have so many opportunities in the IT Sector’s and MNC’s

RTU hasn’t released the official notification related to RMCAAT 2021 on the official website yet. Students need to keep checking the official website for more information related to the submission of application form and examination etc. For the year 2020, the RTU released the notification in November regarding registration of the MCA Program on the official website so this year to the official notification might be released in November and it was known as “RMCAAP”. For the year 2021, the admission process for the MCA program will be based on student’s NIMCET score.
Certain requirements needs to be met before writing an exam. students are advised to look into those requirements and only if they meet those requirements they can apply for the exam otherwise they can’t. Given below is the eligibility criteria for RMCAAT Exam.
For First Year MCA:- 1. Mathematics subject needs to be taken in Class XII or Graduation.
2. Students who have a UG degree of 3years
For the Second year MCA:- The Mathematics Subject need to be taken in Class XII or graduation.
2. Students need to have a UG degree in BCA, B.SC (I.T) or B.SC (CS)

Students can pay the fees online such as Net Banking or by using Debit\ Credit card.
E- MITRA KIOSK MODE:- It’s the same process as the self mode it’s just done with this portal.

RTU conducts RMCAAT Exam for students who want admissions in PG Computer Application Program. It consists of 200 multiple choice questions in English language and students will be given 2 hours’ time. Students need to complete the examination in the Given time as no extra time will be provided to them. According to Boards rule and Regulation, the exam is conducted.

MARKING SCHEME:- The good thing about the Marking scheme in RMCAAT examination is that there is no negative marks for wrong answer or unanswered questions and for every correct answer one mark is awarded. this is huge gain for the students as there are no negative marks they can attempt all the 200 questions.
MOCK TESTS:- Students can attempt the RMCAAT Mock tests for better understanding of the syllabus and the exam pattern. students are advised to attempt as many mock tests as they can because this improves their understanding of the various topics, they will have a clearer picture of what kind of questions will be given in the exam which gives them confidence and ultimately it helps them to write the exam well.

RTU will release the Admit Card on the official website a week before the RMCAAT Exam. students need to visit the official website, download and print their Admit card and check if all the details present in the Admit card are correct. students can download the admit card by entering the registration number and DOB. Admit Card is a vital document. All the students are advised to take the Admit Card and ID proof to the exam hall otherwise they won’t be allowed to write the exam. The Admit card contains all the necessary details of the student and if any of the details are wrong they must immediately inform the higher authority otherwise they might face problems in the exam hall.
Students can select the exam center while filling the application form and most of the time students are allotted the exam center they select. but sometimes the exam center selected by the students might get full then the exam center will be allotted to them based on their second preference of exam center or the authority allots them an another Center.

RTU releases the RMCAAT results on the official website students can check the result on the official website by entering the required details such as admit card number and DOB students are advised to take a printout of the results as it will be useful for them at the time of Counseling . the Conducting Authority decides the cut-off marks based on the number of students attempting the exam. the cut-off is the minimum marks a students needs to score to be qualified for admission the authority prepares the cut-off based on many factors . The higher authority prepares the merit list based on the marks students achieved in the exam. the criteria of selection of the students for the MCA program is based on the rank of the students in the merit list.
Students while filing the options on the official website must select the college based on their liking this can be changed any number of times but only for a definite period because once the student selects the “Final lock ” option it cant be changed.
The allocation of the seats to the students is based on two factors
After the announcement of the result and the allocation of the seats is done students can download the allotment letter from the website.
The students are expected to report in the Institute they have got admission within a given time frame if he\ she fails to report then the seat would be considered invalid.

The Registration for RMCAAT 2021 will be done online however RTU hasn’t released any official notification yet it will be released soon on the official website. the registration can be done soon after the release of the NIMCET score students can Register online by paying registration fee follow the steps given below
A. The Govt of Rajasthan reserves a percentage of seats for the minority group students. the remaining seats is for the students from General category. The allotment of the seats to the students in general will be dependent on many factors such as the score the students achieved in the entrance exam, the selection of the college in the registration form and the availability of the seats in the college. The student needs to score minimum marks to be eligible for admission, known as cut-off marks, The authority prepares the cut-off marks based on many factors. A. RTU releases the results for RMCAAT results on the official website students can check the result from the official website. The Authority releases the MERIT list on the website and the students who are in the MERIT list will be called for counseling on a particular date. students are expected to be present for the counseling on that date with vital documents. If they fail to attend counseling on that date they won’t get admission. The admission process depends upon the college the students selected and the availability of the seats.
