As a common entrance examination for students seeking admission to various state-sponsored law colleges in Maharashtra, the Exam was introduced by the Directorate of Technical Education in 2016.

An admission process is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). Students who score high in the CET can go on to prestigious colleges like JBIMS, SIMSREE, and PUMBA. MH CET LAW Exam Date

MH CET Law 2022 Exam Date – Maharashtra’s State CET Cell has announced the exam date for MH CET law 2022. PTI reports that CET for the law will be conducted from May 17, 2022. State education minister, Uday Samant, confirmed this in a recent report. Classes for the participating colleges for Math and Chemistry Common Entrance Test law 2022 will begin in May.

A second opportunity for aspirants (both 3-year and 5-year LLB) was also provided by the State CET Cell. On the application, website are applications for the 3-year and 5-year LLB programs. On April 12, 2022, the MH CET law 2022 application deadline expired.

 

MH CET LAW Exam Notification

• The State Common Entrance Test Cell has announced the MH-CET Law 2022 notification.

For admission to reputable law colleges in Maharashtra, the MH-CET Law is the national entrance exam. Law programs of three and five years in length are both examined. Requirements

Three-year law degree

Graduates of a recognized university must have a minimum mark of 45%. Maharashtra candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must score at least 40% in their qualifying exams.

Maharashtra candidates belonging to the VJNT, SBC, and OBC categories must score at least 42% in the qualifying examination.

As a result of the qualifying examination, the candidates are eligible to sit for the MH CET law entrance examination for admission to 3-year LLB programs.

LLB degree with five years of experience

• The MH CET law admission test requires candidates to have passed Class 12th from a recognized institution or board in order to apply.
• The qualifying examination must be passed with 45% of the marks. At least 40% marks are required for SC and ST candidates. While candidates belonging to the VJNT, SBC, and OBC categories are required to score a minimum of 42% in the qualifying exam.
• Qualification examination candidates may also qualify for state-level law entrance examination participation.

 

MH CET LAW Registration Process

It was possible for 5 & 3 years LLB students to register & correct their registration until April 12, 2022. There are three-year & five-year degree law courses available under this state-level test. State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai, will manage the examinations. Maharashtra State law colleges will offer admission to candidates. MH CET LAW Exam Pattern

A state-level entrance examination will have conducted by the Directorate of Higher Education in Maharashtra to admit candidates into 3-years and 5-years LLB programs at some of the state’s affiliated law schools.
