Exam date

Usually, they administer the test in offline mode only i.e. Paper Based Test. Officials will take the JCECE 2021 in the month of June (provisional). Eligibility Criteria

Only the applicants who meet JCECE 2021 Eligibility Standards can appeal for the test. The administration has the right to reject the request form of those applicants who don’t live by the preset qualification standards. 1. The applicant should be a citizen of India.
2. The applicant must be a local/living resident in the State of Jharkhand to be compatible with the JCECE.

Registration Process

The JCECE 2021 Application Form is ready to download online on the official portal. The request form will not be available in any other form. Interested applicants can finish the entire application procedure online. There is a compulsory application fee.

At the point of filling the JCECE 2021 request form, the applicants will have to first register as current users. The applicants can understand the steps given below to complete the JCECE 2021 application procedure.

 

Registration and form-filling

1. Applicants must first visit the official portal of JCECE.
2. On the homepage of the portal, tap on All Online Application Submission. After tapping, applicants will be redirected to a new form.
3. A list of various tests by the JCECEB will be displayed on the side. Click on JCECE 2021 and then select current user enrollment.
4. Read all the directions specified and then fill out the complete details such as Subject group, Applicant’s Name, Parent’s Name, DOB, Gender, Class, Aadhar details, and Test City.
5. Click on submit to the bottom, and a pop-up notification will appear which mentions your Enrollment/Login ID and Key (Date of Birth). Applicants will need to use these details to log in later.

 

Educational and other details

1. The following step after generating the login ID is to fill out the institutional details.
2. Applicants are expected to fill in details such as pass state, year of the passing, board details, received marks and total scores, roll number, and name of the institute. Then tap on submit.
3. After submitting the study details, applicants now have to register their residential addresses and contact details. They must give an address, email-id, and phone number.
4. Read and tap on the notification box shown below and present.

 

Create a key and upload papers

1. Applicants need to provide a new key with a security question and keep it.
2. The next step includes uploading the papers. Applicants have to upload a recent visa size photo, sign, and left thumbprint. Submit the papers after successfully uploading the papers.
3. A review page will be opened where applicants can review the details given by them. In case of any mistake in the JCECE 2021 request form, the applicant can correct and improve it. Then click on Continue to Pay for paying the applying fee.

 

Payment Process

The last step includes giving the JCECE 2021 request form fee. The fee details will be presented based on the category of the applicant.

1. Applicants can pay for the request form through a credit or debit card. Insert the details and the payment will be given to the JCECEB.

Exam Pattern

Applicants need to check below details of the JCECE 2021 test guide:

1. Test Mode: The admission test will be arranged via online mode.
2. Type of Problems: Multiple choice types of problems will be asked in the exam.
3. The number of problems: A whole of 200 problems will be there in the PCMB group. There will be 150 problems in PCM & PCB group.
4. Communication Medium: The paper will be taken in English and Hindi Language.
5. Time Span: The test of Physics and Chemistry will be for two hours. For Biology & Mathematics papers, 1-hour time duration will be provided.
6. Total Points: The test of the PCM & PCB group will be 150 points. PCMB group will be 200 points.
7. Marking Scheme: For every correct response, 1 point will be given. ¼ points will be subtracted for every incorrect answer.

JCECE 2021 admit card will be announced by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board on the standard portal. JCECE 2021 Tie-Breaking measures

If two or higher applicants are obtaining the same results, the JCECEB will judge the applicants based on certain standards. Applicants meeting the below-mentioned norms will get the highest rank. The standards are various for each field. The priority-wise benchmark for each program is given here:

 

Engineering stream

1. The first choice is given to a more leading scores in the Mathematics part.
2. A more leading score in the Physics part is considered following it.
3. An applicant more adult in age is given a more leading choice.
4. The final model is to consider the applicant’s first name (in English). A more leading rank is given to the applicant based on the alphabetic sequence.

 

Medical stream

1. A more leading score in Biology is considered primary.
2. If not resolved, a higher score in Chemistry is considered.
3. The third criterion is to give the older applicant, a higher rank.
4. Finally, the first name based on the English alphabetical order is taken into account.

 

B.Sc Agriculture and B.Sc Forestry:

1. A more leading score in the Physics part is the first test.
2. If not fixed, a more leading score in Chemistry is rated.
3. An applicant older in age is given a higher preference.
4. As the last test, the first name based on the English alphabetical sequence is respected.

 

Exam Result

The JCECE 2021 results will be declared soon following the tests. The results are notified by the official portal (jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in).
