AP LAWCET Exam Date

In addition, the SPVM also administers  On the behest of APSCHE, SPVM organizes a state-level entrance test for AP LAWCET yearly. AP LAWCET Application Fee

The cost for the AP LAWCET online application is as per the category. Likewise, payment is only available in an online method. Basically, candidates can use Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card to pay. Once it has taken place, they will get a confirmation of the deduction in the bank account. However, candidates must wait at least 7 to 10 days to settle the money if no confirmation is received. Also, the application will only get processed further after the fee payment.

But once paid, there will be no refunds of fees.

However, candidates must verify their payment status if their account gets debited and the site is interrupted before generating the payment receipt. So, candidates can verify their payment status via the Know Your Payment Status feature on the homepage. Also, candidates must provide their details like the registration number and mobile number.

However, candidates must again make a new payment if they notice that payment details are unavailable

Furthermore, candidates must wait for at least 7 to 10 working days to get a refund if the account gets debited for the failed transaction.

The fee applicable for the application is Rs 900/- only. This fee applies only to the OC/UR/EWS candidates. However, SC/ST candidates only have to pay Rs 800/-

The SPVM has issued the Notification PDF to invite candidates for AP LAWCET 2021. Also, it has notified applications for the AP LAWCET. But, SPVM has two programs under it. Altogether, there are two programs under it. They include the program of the 3-year LLB Program and the 5-year Integrated LLB Program. Therefore, interested candidates may apply for these programs on the AP LAWCET website.

However, the interested candidates must follow the application process to register for the AP LAWCET 2021.

Step 1: Firstly, candidates must visit the official website of AP LAWCET.

Step 2: Secondly, go to the Registration link and click the signup option.

Step 3: Thirdly, candidates must provide and specify the necessary data, such as name, phone number, sex, date of birth, class, etc.

Step 4: Fourthly, applicants will receive an OTP or One-time password in your registered phone number. Hence, this is to verify the number in which you have registered. There will also be a single registration number.

Step 5: Next, candidates must pay the application fee. Also, they must pay it via an online payment gateway.

They can use Net banking, credit card, or debit cards for online payments.

Step 6: Furthermore, candidates must fill the AP LAWCET form online with the registration number and further data. Also, they must submit the educational certificate, photograph, signature, etc., in the required format. Then, click on the submit button.

4. Fourthly, applicants who wear spectacles need to ensure there are no reflections. Furthermore, their eyes in the photo must be visible.

AP LAWCET Attempts

Furthermore, one of the main features of AP LAWCET 2021 is the unlimited number of attempts. Basically, candidates can apply for the AP LAWCET and take the exam as many times as to clear it. Therefore, the conducting body, SPVM, has not fixed any number of attempts for candidates. So, candidates can attempt the exam many times until they clear it. However, they can try unless times for the exam, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

Furthermore, if candidates fail to clear the AP LAWCET exam, they can again apply and sit for the exam the following year.

Eligibility Criteria I

• Age Limit

 

Firstly, the age limit is one of the criteria that candidates must fulfill to be selected. However, as per the official notice of the Supreme Court, there is no age limit for AP LAWCET. Basically, it means that there is no upper age limit.

However, for the 3-year LLB course, candidates must be above 21 years of age.

Eligibility Criteria II

• Qualification

 

Secondly, a candidate must possess the essential academic qualification for the AP LAWCET. Also, they should have a minimum graduation degree from a recognized university.

Likewise, candidates applying for the 3-year LLB Programme should have minimum graduation in any field. Also, this degree must be from a recognized university by the Government of India.

Furthermore, General category candidates must possess a minimum of 45%. Also, SC/ST candidates must have at least 40% to qualify for AP LAWCET.

Furthermore, the minimum mark to qualify for the AP LAWCET for BC candidates is 42%.

Similarly, candidates for the 5-year Integrated LLB should have finished their class 12th from any recognized board or university. Additionally, they need to secure at least 45% marks in Class 12th board exams.

Furthermore, General category candidates for the  5-year Integrated LLB  must possess a minimum of 45%. Also, SC/ST candidates must obtain at least 40% to qualify for AP LAWCET.
