Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada conducts this state level examination to offer admission to the aspirants in Engineering and Agriculture courses. To take this examination it is a must for the participants to belong either to Andhra Pradesh or to Telangana. The exam is known as AP EAMCET. Usually, the exam is conducted in April month but this year due to COVID 19 it has been postponed till June.
The authorities release an online application form for the interested and eligible participants. The students will have to fill and submit the form online along with the application fee. The authorities release the admit card online before the entrance exam date and applicants will have to download it from the official website of the university. On the release of the result of the entrance exam, the students get admission in UG and PG courses of Agriculture in Agriculture.

Bihar state organizes Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination popular as BCECE to offer admission to the students in various UG courses. The students must have done 12th to participate in BCECE. As it is a state-level examination only so the students from Bihar only can participate in this examination. Based on the candidates’ scores in BCECE they get admission in various undergraduate courses including B.Sc. Agriculture and Engineering. The last date to fill the application form to take this exam usually falls in mid-June and application forms come out in March every year. The syllabus for this state-level exam is based on the class 12th and students will have to face the MCQs in the exam.

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board conducts the competitive exam for the students to offer them admission in the Agriculture course at the undergraduate level. JCECE is a state-level exam and it is conducted for the students of Jharkhand only. Along with agriculture the students can get admission in various other UG courses including engineering. The application form to take this entrance test comes out in April month usually. Generally, the exam is conducted in the third week of June in the CBT form.

KCET exam is organized by the Karnataka Examination Authority. The state-level exam is conducted to offer admission to the students in different UG courses. If you have done 10+2 either with PCM or PCB then you can fill and submit the KCET form to get admission in agriculture courses. Generally, the Karnataka Examination Authority releases the admission form in February and conducts the exam in April month. Based on the student’s score in this exam they will get admission to the top colleges of the state.

JET Agriculture is known as Joint Entrance Exam which is conducted by Agriculture University, Kota. It is a state level joint entrance examination. Through this exam, aspirants will get admission into different agriculture colleges of Rajasthan. The examination generally conducted April or May and those aspirants who clear the exam gets admission to B.Sc. (Agriculture, forestry and horticulture)
